Sone ki sidhi ..... what's the logic

couple of days back, A was telling Daddu about "Sohe ki sidhi". Ds wants JaGAn child to climb sone ki sidhi. Mannu can not do that ? As she is planning adopted child for Daddu's "Sohe ki sidhi".

Being a ParDada/ParDadi is what is Sone ki Seedi chadna.. Continuation of their lineage..

Because once the daughter gets married, the last name/surname gets changed for her and her children and they 'belong' to the fmaily the daughter gets married.

I think it is time to address both set of grandparents the same way. Only Dadi matters!!! With such mentality prevailing in society, there is no wonder people tend to prefer for male child 😡
