Why are they saying Shiv as adopted child of Ira? When Ira does not even know that Shiv is not her own child, where did she adopt Shiv? Adoption means proper procedure, or may be they will show Ira signing blank papers in semi-conscious state...

sad they had to show shiv as an orphan or adopted after all this while to promote a social message.
can't they do the same simply via ansh journey of adopting a baby and successfuly dealing with all related challenges involved. why does one has to literally face the same circumstances in order to do feel motivated to do something good for the society,

you are right...i found the meaning in internet which says that adoption is a legal way to transfer all rights of a parents of abandon child to adopting couple...i don't think shiv is legally adopted but i wonder then what exactly do you call such kind illegal adoption

Even if there we forget about the procedure and assume that Shiv was some orphan (like Anuja) whom Alok accepted, he is still not adopted by Ira because she does not even know that Shiv is not her own son. Instead of social message- this track so far looks like committing fraud and hiding truth from the concerned parties. CVs should give very good reasons (like in case of Basant, there was at least some valid reason) why Alok and Meenu kept Ira, Shiv and others in dark all these years, otherwise this track will give negative social message.

Adoption of any child happens with the consent and knowledge of the parent. But when Ira herself is not aware of the still born child and that Shiv is not her child how can this be adoption and promoting adoption.
This is promoting illegal adoption and not legal adoption. Especially to the gullible masses who may not be as educated as we are, it may seem to them one of the answers. But it is not so.

How I wish BV CVs had shown this more sensitively and not shown this track of Shiv being son of IRA. This looks so filmy in nature. The way they are going about is just not right.

Shiv is definitely not adopted child of Ira, unless she has some selective amnesia where she forgot all about the dead baby and what followed thereafterđŸ€Ș. CVs should show something sensible why it was kept as secret by Alok and Meenu. Hope they do not show something illogical (like in real life people even steal a child from hospital if they cannot become parents), it will give very wrong message.
