100th Special...Hospital Hug

"I am completely broken..."[hum poori tarah se toot chuke hain...] ...her words were piercing his heart and he closed his eyes by seeing her suffering which was reflected from his face.A girl who ran in his arms and poured her heart out by embracing him tight ,burying herself in his chest with hope and perhaps "love" which she couldn't acknowledge yet he was the only one she feels as his... She couldn't guessed or differentiate in between attraction or need in the time of trouble . She found solace and strength in him and she couldn't do much but to run and embrace a pillar for herself who felt like her own in this shaky time around her.He was a bit scared as these feelings overwhelmed him . His arms came up to give her what she needed the most in words a simple consolation,"Everything will be alright..." but he couldn't because of he didn't know how.He wanted to tell her "Sab Theek Ho jaiyega..." nothing will happen to her as he is here .He wanted to embrace her the tightest but he couldn't console her or give her warmth of protection ..."Yahi tou main dai nahin paya..."[I couldn't give her the one she wanted the most] ,he gave that hug later to La by imaging Khushi .., She retreated slowly and looked at him with baffled and shuffled thoughts . He couldn't bear her pain and called out her name"Khushi..." but it's too late she stepped back and ran away leaving him trailing her Duppata. She never looked back which she always do...and that left both of them trailing to find the answer of recents moments..."Why..."?

Arnav,"Kyuon main uss par haath nahin rakh paya?..."

[Why I couldn't put my hand on her?]

Khushi,"Kyuon humain unn keh Kandhe ki zaroorat padi?.."

[Why did I need her shoulder to cry?]

But she got what she needed the most at that moment...strength ,assurance and support and he did provide that by being there...😊

How absolutely beautiful ArshiHamesha! 👏 And your words have made this scene even more stunning. Thank you for this. A million thank yous! (I actually, do not know your real name. Many apologies)

The hospital hug is not steamy and sexy, but it is still one of my all time favorite scenes in the serial's history. I loved how Khushi chose her tormentor for support... found solace in the arms that sought to hurt her. I love how she opened the dread of her past to the monster. She chose him, over her family and the man who embraced every angelic facade to attain her. She chose the man who didn't deserve her. Who abandoned her. Who made her cry.

And what I love most, is even then, Arnav did not hug that destroyed girl back.

Sadistic? Perhaps, yes.

But this is the one thing that makes the initial months IPK unique from the rest. They stayed SO true to the characters. And to see Arnav's desperate struggle post confrontation made it all worth it. When he hugged Lavanya in his bedroom, his conscious was hugging the girl bestowed in his heart. His soul was engrossed in her. I believe the hospital hug did it for Arnav. It began the point of no return.

How I love the conquering of true love. How it paves the path for guilt, redemption and retrospection.

Beautiful post, once again. I love to relive the memories!

This is my most fav scene ever after Sorry scene . The moment he hears her father has a heart attack, he comes to check for himself as he left her on the road to Delhi and now feels guilty.He comes to see she is ok or not as she had fever and he knows how she seeks solace in her parents as he saw her doing that in her unconscious state.

She knows he took care of her and how much he cares.She saw his vulnerable state during Barsee.She knows he is gussa but he has a soft and caring side and protective as well.

Indeed he transferred every power in her just being there...Khushi...!!!

You told everything in these above lines.

IPK's hundred's episode was significant, memorable, important and in one word epic. Specially that hug. Your sublime description depicted all.Brilliant execution by Barun and Sanaya made the scene magnificent.👏

In spite of being the youngest in the family,Khushi's shoulder was laden with heavy burden.Or moreover, her babuji was her strength, her most beloved.At that point of time she couldn't even think what to do.when she saw Arnav there, the floodgates of her bridled emotions just erupted. she didn't think the consequence,just ran to his embrace, to find solace.

On the other hand, Arnav was just fighting with her inner soul,with his ego, but couldn't give her what she wanted.

I must say wonderful script, brilliant direction and of course world class performance of Sarun, made it one of the best scene of Indian TV soaps.

omg i loved it❤️...wow dear beautifully written...u brought tears in eyes...there first almost hug ...which brought them near some how...like first step towards understanding...first step towards care from khushi's side...and first step towards concern from arnav's side...awesome,superbly written post yaar...loved it 🤗

You are so so right , hospital hug is the best and it is so special for me because my journey to IPK starts from this Love scene.Just one day surfing through YT and landed here and first question came to my mind "Why the heck he didn't hug her?

You are so right ,this is not a steamy or sexy hug yet so intense and magnetized that the pull of it just drags you in this vortex.Her Laad Governor Akhdoo, Karela, Kans etc is the one and the only one who provides her solace whenever she needs it .

He gave her pain and humiliate her by every means yet her heart was beating only for him.She has chosen him over slime ball who was always nice but it must be woman's instinct which showed her the right path.

In pink...That was the beauty as I told you it was the Magnetic Pull...which just grabbed our hearts and you wanted more of it.

IPK and its initial days hold so much power and intensity that makes you watch em over and over ...I salute the makers, Barun and Sanaya and the entire team as without em we would be here...

Zee...I am floored by your comments and at the top with your VM...So honored.Thank You Dil se.Such a beautiful VM and the selection of the scens are so compelling.Kal Ho na Ho and its piano beat with the heartbeat magnificent 👏

Lalarukh, ❤️.the comment...There are some scenes which makes you seriously emotional and this one is one of em.This was the first real hug of Khushi , but he was there every bit of it.His care for Khushi had no limit.

They both were in it but he as a man of few words had no clue how to console her and she became hesitant after that and ran away.Love in its initial state...😊

Thnx for such a warm comment.You depicted my heart into your words and that's truly I feel about this and you know it.I love all scenes but this is always special to me.

That underlined a man with the throne of few words was always invisible to the real world ...His golden heart only learnt how to beat for her and he was angry and bewildered with that and that made him to hurt her , his own Khushi...
