The episode starts from where last one ended Ira asking from Alok Does he remember about the nurse Sarla who did my delivery who used to like my Banarsi sarees a lot ?. Anandi is shocked hearing it. Ira says she vanished after the delivery and she met her today after a long time. Ira says she had some misunderstanding that I gave birth to a still baby. Alok and Meenu are shocked hearing it. Anandi recalls Sarla's conversation with her colleague that she has heard Alok says to Ira he remembers but these nurses do so many deliveries she must have forgot now because of old age In old age memory does not remain sharp . Daddu says to Alok if by old age and not sharp memory you are targeting me too then let me tell you I have a good memory in this age too. Ira , Shiv . Daddu laugh . Meenu and Alok are tensed while Anandi is confused
Jaitser Hospital:-
Ganga is with patients in the ward .Another nurse comes and prepares to give cortisone injection to a patient. Ganga sees it and thinks to herself that this patient has diabetes and he should be administered Insulin but why she is giving cortisone injection to him?. Ganga comes to the nurse and stops her from giving injection. Ganga takes the nurse to a corner and asks her why you are giving cortisone injection to this patient , cortisone injection is given to arthritis patients and this patient has diabetes , you should be giving insulin injection to him whose bottle is still on table . Nurse is shocked and sees the bottle in her hand and realizes she was about to give cortisone injection to diabetic patient . The nurse says sorry to Ganga, a mistake happened from her . She brought two injections to give to two patients but she mixed them up , she is very sorry . Ganga says to her do you know because of your this mistake the patient could die because of the reaction of wrong injection given to him ?. Nurse says she didn't do it deliberately Her mind was occupied with her house worries , her child is sick and so are mother in law and father in law therefore they cannot take care of her child when she is working here , she is worried for them The nurse requests Ganga not to complain about her. she is the sole bread earner in her house , her husband is still searching for the job if she lost this job then it will affect her family very badly , please don't complain about her You are MD's wife . Ganga says she won't complain but promise her that she will never do mistake this again .Nurse promises . Ganga says to nurse everybody has problems but when we enter the hospital we need to take care of the patients forgetting our personal problems otherwise it will have bad effect on our patients . Ganga asks the nurse to take leave for some days till her child recovers The nurse asks her will she be given the leave ? Ganga says why not I will talk with doctor sahab he will surely give you leave till your child recovers and he won't cut your pay too. The nurse becomes happy and thanks Ganga for this help .

Shiv in his room is happily putting flowers in vase. Anandi comes there and gives tea to Shiv .Shiv romantically asks her, do you see some difference in room? Anandi sees the flowers but teases Shiv by looking around and saying no. Shiv asks her to look around carefully she will see something . Anandi again does and teases Shiv everything is just like before Shiv holds Anandi and turns her towards the flowers and says he brought such beautiful flowers to make her life beautiful and she didn't see the flowers or felt their smell.? Anandi smiles and asks Shiv , did you bring these flowers for me? Shiv says he is romantically involved only with her till now Anandi pulls his leg saying till now ? you want to have affair with someone else too ? what is on your mind ?. Shiv says i am trying to be romantic with you and you are being detective about me .Anandi laughs . Shiv hugs Anandi from behind romantically . Anandi asks him why you are getting romantic all of a sudden now when you came home then you were pretty serious and ordered for tea in your room and now in room you took this romantic turn ? Shiv gets more closer to her romantically. Anandi says I want to tell you something. She says I want to talk about the nurse Sarla whom we met in the function today. Shiv jokes whether you want to gift her too. Anandi says no its something serious . Shiv leaves Anandi and asks her to tell what she wants to tell .Anandi tells Shiv what Sarla was talking to her colleague .Shiv listens to it and asks Anandi to relax. He says she must have forgot. You have heard what papa said . Anandi says but Sarla was telling it with so much trust. Shiv says she might be mixing two incidents. Anandi is not convinced . Ira calls Anandi . Anandi says she will come . Anandi tells Shiv she has to go do preparations for dinner Shiv romantically says to her so say this naa you will come back soon after completing some work .Anandi says she has to do dinner preparations Anandi runs out of room while a disappointed Shiv takes a flower and smells it himself . Shiv smiles
Ira and Alok are sleeping .Alok is awake only pretending to be sleeping . When he sees Ira is sleeping He gets up from bed . Alok recalls what Ira said to him about nurse Sarla and what Sarla has told her . Alok sends sms to Meenu that he wants to talk to her about today's issue He asks her to meet him now in the porch. Alok goes out of room while Ira is sleeping
Meenu is standing in the porch tensed waiting for Alok . Alok comes there . Meenu says to him she never thought their secret would come out in open in front of them like this after so many years . Alok says he also didn't think about this He actually forgot about this but now the past has come out in front of them after so many years . Meenu says she is afraid unfortunately that nurse Sarla remembers everything. What if she talked to Didi again. We have to stop her. Alok says we have to do something. If this truth came out then we will have to pay a big price, it will destroy everything
Next morning :-
Anandi is preparing a sandwich for Sanchi. She mixes medicine in the sandwich.Ira comes there and says this is a good idea , in this way Sanchi will never come to know she is being given medicines. Anandi says ever since the doctor said about keeping these medicines a secret from Sanchi she has been thinking of some idea and she found this the best one . Ira says she herself will take this for Sanchi because Sanchi might not take it from you . Anandi says.fine , Ira thanks Anandi for whatever she is doing for Sanchi . Anandi says this family is hers and she is doing this for her own , no need to say thanks to her for this . Ira says to Anandi you have fulfilled your every duty towards this family even then when we weren't able to do our duty towards you . Ira blesses Anandi and takes breakfast for Sanchi.
Anandi serves breakfast to Daddu. Alok says he will only have tea as he is not feeling like eating. Anandi asks Meenu to eat breakfast. Meenu says she isn't feeling hungry today. Ira comes down .Daddu asks her ,did Sanchi have breakfast? Ira says yes, she ate little bit. Daddu says hope she gets fine soon. In her childishness she has ruined her life . Daddu asks Ira, did she come to know about the medicine?. Ira says no, Anandi has mixed it in the sandwich. Sanchi comes down and takes the car keys . Ira asks from her where she is going ? Sanchi rudely replies she is going to Ankita's home, and will come back when she will want to . Ira says she will send the driver with her . The driver will bring her back too Sanchi rudely says she knows how to drive . Sanchi storms out of house while Shekhars are angry at Sanchi's rudeness
Badi Haveli:-
Dadisaa is telling story to Mannu which Mannu is happily listening . Gehna sitting with them is doing her work .JaGan return home from work . Mannu on seeing Ganga runs towards her calling her Maa. Ganga runs to hold Mannu he won't fall down but Ganga slips on the carpet fold and falls down on the table in front of her . The object placed on the table hits her abdomen and she screams in pain . Jagya , Gehna and Dadisaa run towards Ganga . Jagya picks Ganga up and makes her sit on the chair . Ganga is holding her abdomen in pain . Dadisaa asks Ganga is she ok ? Dadisaa asks her to go to hospital for check up she must not have got some internal injury . Jagya says to Ganga yes you should lets go to hospital . Ganga says no she is fine , nothing to worry about .She will go change her clothes . Ganga gets up Jagya helps her to get up Ganga goes upstairs to the room while Jagya , Gehna and Dadisaa are worried for Ganga . Screen freezes on Jagya
