Naren goes back in the conference room and gives a perfect presentation .The clients , his mother , Arjun all are very happy .The only person not happy is Raunak .When he finds out that Naren gave a good presentation , he gets frustrated because he wanted Naren to be kicked out from the company .
Rushali tells a worried Ankita that Naren is perectly normal, just a bit stressed out because one of his friend got hurt in an accident .
Ankita comes home with Diwali gifts for everyone . Sonu gets colour pencils , Pranav gets a badminton racket , Mansi gets bangles and Prashant a calculator .When Sonu asks what Ankita got for herself , Ankita makes an excuse that she did not have time to buy anything for herself š
Rushali tells her husband Shirish all that happened in the office today .They were told by a doctor that Naren is behaving like this because he may have lost the girl he was in love with .Maybe she died in an accident .Both Rushali and Shirish figure that this must have happened when Naren went to Uk for a course .The doctor tells them that if there is someone who Naren would trust then that person will take Naren out of his past and will teach him to live in the present .
Rushali is sure that this person is Ankita who can help Naren .
Shirish tells her to forget about Ankita as she is not of the same status as them .Rushali tells him to let her handle this in her own way .
Ankita makes plans with Sonu and Pranav as to how they will spend their Diwali but Rushali calls Ankita and tells her that Ankita has to come to their house for a Diwali party .
Arjun is at home , wondering if Purvi will come to the Diwali party .Tina wants to know why he looks worried .He tells her that he is thinking about a friend who is not speaking with him due to a misunderstanding .Tina tells him that his friend will definitely come to the party and their misunderstandings will also be resolved one day .
Archana urges Purvi to go to the Diwali party as she does not wants Purvi to be alone on Diwali and then maybe Pia would be there .Archana wants to know more about Pia so she wants Purvi to go .
Ankita's brothers and sisters spend all their savings and get a very lovely dress for her to wear in the party .Ankita gets so emotional as this is the first ever gift anyone has given to her .She promises them that this dress will always be with her .
Soham has no money to buy alcohol and he is getting frustrated .He takes up the job of a waiter so he can get some cash , some free food and alcohol ( he can sneak some away from the party ).He is told to go to the Diwali party of the Karamkar house ...
He is asked if he can speak English .Soham remembers Gauri who used to teach him English .
