So with all of us shooting in the dark about possible angles ...

Here's what we know ...

Anjali is being abused...

NA is an aggressive abuser with a saintly facade...

Shlok hates his Mother for allegedly getting rid of his Swathi...

He seems to want to please dad all the way...or does HE...

cant he be playing Niranjan too...being the good son on the surface...breaking ties with mom on the surface...but actually trying to bring down NA more subversively than taking him head on ...

He seems to be showing his father up publicly on many occasions...

Even springing Astha on him...and then placating him...saying he does it for the Dad

and today when Anjali stood there covering her wounds there was a look that passed between them...

I cant say for sure but it seemed like there was pain in message that silently passed between them..

my Only question is ...How does Asthaa fit in all this?

😆Ok so much for me pontifying ...its your turn now...

I know you all have varying theories out with it...

I think he is too much a volatile person where his near and dear ones are concerned. we saw that in jyoti's case, the way he reacted that day shows how will he behave when he believes that his father tortured his mother.But unlike jyoti's MIL NA is too smart to be ever let himself be video taped.

I believe he is doing everything with his father's permission, in fact it might be NA's ideas and teachings.

i would be a long long wait clever like NA wouldn't get trapped easily..i'm waiting for that day too n i hope they give nice punishment not like sending him out of the house..

you guys could be right. i thought it was because he thought she deliberately didn't come for ritual. He hates her because of swati thing but again anything is possible after all its Agnihotris we are talking about😆

I agree Shlok does have this feeling , whether consciously or subconsciously that the women in his house are oppressed, for that matter in the society. He has been working for the education of girls. I think he will let Astha work too after marriage with the presence that he needs help and make not only Anjali but even NA agree to that.

Yes actually Shlok will be the one exposing NA. Varad is another Vinayak. Same meaning of name - both are names of lord ganesh and both do not have much courage. Both are silent spectators hoping for change to come in the house through Shlok and Astha.
