It could be also that Swathi inadvertently stumbled into some secrets and Anjali was "ordered" by NA to get rid of her coz she was getting "too-close-for comfort?? Also the Astha Shlok wedding just seems to be first step towards achieving something (sinister).

- Shlok hates Anj not only for alienating Swathi but also for sending baba to jail???

--What is Kalindi and Anj connection??

Too many questions, too short episodes...

the drama in between is whether Shlok is playing NA...as in he knows him to be the abusing manipulator and therefore playing a drama of his own showing himself alienating his mother to finally expose NA

OR
as is the Show right now that he really is oblivious to NA's true nature...
and
WORSE
there is a lot of NA in him...

I think that last both options can be possible. He is not totally oblivious of his father's vindictive nature, in fact he is equally ruthless but the thing is shlok's ruthlessness is pointed toward outsiders while for NA this doesn't hold true. Now only time will tell if shlok consider aastha as his own.

Hi, there, Tangs,
How's it going?

I think I, too, suggested this long con of Shloak's last month sometime.
It would be great if the CVs actually did that...but they've portrayed Shloak as being completely reactive instead of proactive.
He is not shown as this deep of a planner, regardless of his plan to hook Aasttha (she was easy fry).

Wasn't there some twist like this in Mudhubala too?
I read something like it, I think.

While I would think it would be clever of the writers to do this, I don't think it's very logical.

Anjali is the abused woman, and physically and mentally NA is unfortunately far stronger than her so she can't escape him. But what would be stopping Shlok from freeing his mother from his father?😕

Shlok has both the mental and physical strength to take on his father, so he could just do it now, why allow his mother to go through such pain?

I don't think he can or even has the capability of going against NA who is subversive and a very dangerous person...what they show of Shlok is a very impulsive loud mouth...so even my thoery is questionable...
and in most cases abusers ..esp if they are parents ...then kids even grown ones are no match...
you gotto play the game to get ahead...

and we don't know what it is that NA holds ransom...

Shlok is very angry with Anjali with what she may have done with Swati, I think everytime he looks at Anjali he has this question in mind " Why Maa why did you do this with your son" ? I think he is always after the reason for Anjali's rude behaviour... he is craving for motherly luv and care, and its this behaviour of Anjali that has bought Shlok very much respect for his Baba...

i think this is the remotest possibility..if shlok was aware of his mother being abused he would have certainly known the consequence of his nana-nani dropping in the marriage..he would have made sure he saves anjali from that day's abuse which he did not do...shlok is blissfully living in NA's world of devotion

This is exactly what I was also feeling, He was disappointed by his mum's action towards his love she betrayed him. He is also doing the same to Aastha, how will Aastha will feel that she knows that Shlok hates his mum coz Swati incident (which she is not aware yet). She may than conclude that he does not love her and will break knowing his strong love for Swati. He is also betraying her.
