It's better shiv listens the secret about his birth from anandi than an outsider. It's a difficult thing but its better for anandi not to hide it from shiv. She can confide forst with alok and inform shiv.

Knowing anandi not telling truth on time she creates problems for herself. So I seriously doubt she will tell the secret to shiv.

Anandi should tell, if later Shiv know that Anandi know that and didint tell to him. He will be more hurt.

The spoiler says that she told him about the conversation,but he said to forget,should not ignore it when she tried to tell him..It is my opinion
