Niyati is shown crying while Antara and Vikram question her about Shourya. Niyati keeps on muttering ."Shourya.." She finally says, " Shourya had an accident." Vikram and Antara are shocked. Vikrams asks, " Kab hua? Kaise hua? Kahan hai woh?" Niyati says, " He is in the hospital." Vik asks, "Which one?." Niyati is asked about a million questions by Vik and Ant. They aks her about Shourya's health state at the moment. Niyati says, " He is very fragile right now."
Vik calls up Rajveer's phone. Carol answers. He tells her, " Bring the hospital in 2 hours because I am going to get Shourya." Carol, Niyati, Vik, and Ant are shown waiting outside the ICU. Out of now where, Jhanvi is spotted in the hospital. She looks very injured. The doctor tells them, " Her test results are all good. There are no serious injuries." Ant hugs Jhanvi and says, "Thank God."
Ant asks about Shourya. The doctor says, " His injuries are quite serious. His test reports are not here yet. We are trying our best." The whole family is shocked. Vik asks Jhanvi, "How did this accident occur?" Jhanvi starts crying and then says, " Shourya and I were in the car. Shourya was quite tensed about something. He was so stressed that he wasn't concentrating on his driving. I even warned him, but it was too late. The truck came and Shourya wasn't able to drive and then......" She cries even more. The family asks Niyati about Shourya's tension. Niyati gets nervous.
Jhanvi gives an evil glare to Niyati. Jhanvi gets up from the bench. She says, " Yeah Niyati, what can be Shourya's tension? You are his wife, he must have told you." Luckily for Niyati, the doctor comes out at the same exact time. He says, " Shourya's reports have arrived. I am very sorry but his condition is very critical. The next 24 hours will be very critical for him. All I can say right now is please pray for him." The doctor leaves the shocked and shattered Rathore family alone. Ant has a emotional breakdown. Niyati leaves. Vikram gets worried looking ant everyone's pain.
Niyati is shown walking on the streets. She thinks, " Nothing can happen to Shourya. Shourya holds all the hopes of this family. Nothing can happen to him." She stops by a mandir where a puja is being done. Niyati walks inside the mandir. Shourya in the hospital and Niyati praying scenes are shown. Shourya is in a quite bad condition and the doctors come rushing to help him. Niyati is shown walking on burnt ashes or somthing like that. She is in seriosu pain and faints. Her feet were also bleeding.
The pandit wakes her up. He wishes her good luck. Carol finds Niyati at the mandir. She says, " Matarani did indeed listen to your prayers. Shourya has gained consciencious." Niyati gets very happy. She cries in pain due to her burnt bleeding feet. Carol helps her get up. Vikram and Antara are shown praying to Matarani along with Jhanvi. Vikram thanks God and says, " By sending Niyati to your house, you have done us a big favor. Its due to her tries, that Shourya was saved." Jhnavi gets angry upon hearing this.
Niyati comes to the hospital. Vikram tells her, " Shourya is very lucky to have you as his wife." Niyati looks at Jhanvi who is fuming with anger. Niyati says, " No papa. This is not because of my prayers but Jhanvi's prayers. Did you know that Jhanvi kept a mannat for Shourya's well-being and look Shourya is feeling bettre now." Vikram thanks Jhanvi. She gives a weak smile. Niyati gives Jhanvi from her puja thaali. The hug. Jhanvi whispers into niyati's ears, " Stop this drama. Don't try to be such a big saint. Nor try to make me appear like a saint. I only want my Shourya. Is that clear?"
The doctor comes and says, " You can take Shourya home but not tonight." Vikram says that, " Only one person will stay with him." Antara says, " Niyati, you stay with him because he would like to see your face first." Niyati says, " Can Jhanvi come with me?" Antara says, " Only one person can stay with him. You stay here because you are his wife, what will Jhanvi do here? She isn't even feeling well. Let her go home and rest. Right, Jhanvi." Jhanvi gives her another weak smile.
Vikram, Carol, Antara, and Jhanvi are about to leave when Jhanvi says, " You go, I have to go and talk to Niyati for five minutes." Jhanvi walks to a scared Niyati. Before she can say anything, Shourya recieves consciencious. He mutters Jhanvi's name. Jhanvi taunts Niyati about that. Niyati leaves the room sadly. Agni appears with a bouqet of flowers!!!! He says, " After many days, I recieved such good news.(he was referring to Shourya accident)." Niyati has along staring contest with Agni when the episode ends.

It was an okay episode. Niyati's sacrifices are getting quite unrealistic day by day.
