Z my sincere apologies for the late unreserve! 😳
Alrighty now that I have got that out of my chest! I must tell you after revisiting Part 20 I have a question for you? Just how on earth do you manage to pack so much in one chapter?! We have 100 things happen in each chapter yet it flows so beautifully that I want to continue reading more and more. Your dedication to this piece actually any piece that you are writing shows each time Z! I am forever impressed and amazed at the same time. I think I am starting to sound like a broken record here but what the heck I will just come out and say it "I loved this chapter".
Right from the get go when you started the journey of this chapter with the flashback, you had me! It was so heartwarming to read the flashback portion which in turn had a connection to what happens in the present. It was so enlightening to see a younger Arnav's cynicism and confusion about his parent's behaviour back then to have him repeat the same thing in the present by buying Khushi the same bunch of roses to apologize for yelling at her in the office. Always love the way you connect the flashbacks to what happens in the present.
Next scene that unfolded infront of our eyes was Arhi sharing a blissfully happy morning in eachother's embrace with Khushi being her adorable self and Arnav teasing her quite lovingly. Ah who doesn't love a flirty Arnav who teases his khushi to no end. Infact the progress in their relationship was giving all the warm & fuzzy feeling particularly with Arnav being considerate towards his Khushi. The way he didn't want to show her the property papers so he doesn't hurt her or the way he was there for her after she read those papers was all beautiful Z! Ah did I ever mention how much I have adored the outfits you choose for Khushi? And then Arnav's observation & detailed description of the outfits she wears in this instance strawberry souffle hayeee... I am in awe yet again Z! :D
Somewhere in the midst of all of the Arhi moments, you made the adorable conversation happen between Payal and Akash where Akash finally tells payal how he thinks he is too boring for her and Payal in turn surprising him again by telling him to come up with a romantic way to propose to her. Loved their conversation. Then you had me cracking up about NK's letter to Lavanya. This is what I mean by you fitting so many things in the scope of one chapter! How in the world do you manage all of this? Not only this but changing the mood of the chapter too! From heart warming to emotional to romantic then to amusing and finally to a heart wrenching climax.
As I began the chapter I never knew the chapter will end on the note that it ended, How did all the good intentions go so horribly wrong, just how did Arnav's Cheer Khushi up mission fail so miserably! Ah just why wouldn't he lay out his feelings for her...!!! If only he could read her mind things would be so much better. If only he could understand her insecurities about not being loved or not being good enough for him since his rejection of her even in their childhood. And in turn Khushi provoking him by saying his actions would only translate in lust sheesssh. Their argument towards the end of the chapter was handled with perfection Z, People in real life often go through these situations, they often blurt out what they don't mean to say in anger and you just provided us with a very real argument thanks to a huge misunderstanding between a couple. Here is hoping all will be well in the world of Arshi in the next chapter without their LOVE being interrupted by their own misunderstandings!
Needless to say I simply cannot wait for our next treat of a chapter Z!
