most of the ladies are unaware of these common facts ...

There are some symptoms of pregnancy like women fainting , having different vomiting than usually a ill person have ...

So if they found these things happening with them , they think that they are pregnant .. well its not always true ... you are also a human and these can happen with you as well ..

If nothing else when she gets her period she should know that nothing happened that night . But how can she tell jalal that to prove that there is no affair ..

Edit : or that medicine is 16tj century equivalent of period stopping medicine . It would explain the symptoms :)
