It's not really about the original it's also about suitability and character. Sargun might have been okay in Phulwa though I didn't appreciate her much in that show either, but Ganga is not her cup of tea even if one considers it on paper and not compare it to Sriti's portrayal IMO.

I can never make out from her expression what Ganga is thinking or doing.

She may be better than Toral. But only a tad bit. Not by a significant margin.

I hope she improves.

I blame BV CVs for not taking proper decisions while doing replacements. Casting wise they have mostly disappointed of late.

Coming to Roop, she seemed more like dancing or pretending than drunk or depressed.

well its about personal choice like i could never appreciate Anjum when anyone appreciate her she was a good actress i am complete blank 😆

I think Sargun is getting used to the rajasthani dialect. That is why she is not getting any dialogues.
