Pratyusha - WHAT is that supposed to mean???!!!

Gauhar was talking about something totally different and then Pratyusha goes "Hindustan, Hindustan kehte hain Hindi bolni nahi aati!!" n rolled her eyes...

What was that???

I dont care who likes who and who hates who, thats not the point here... I found that comment very disrespectful and "racist" ...

I mean Sophia and Andy are UK raised and Ellie is not indian.. and this comment was clearly attacking them because of that, no? Y is she judging that? Does she have something against ppl who are not Indian or not born and raised in India????

I don't live in India neither was I born there and I found this comment very disrespectful! Am I the only one who felt this or what do you guys say?

When something happened with Shilpa shit hit the fan; but nobody will give two hoots because this is India and sadly we are the number 1 racists ourselves. We differentiate on color, cast, creed, culture, status, neighbourhood, I mean I can go on and on...

Agreed. It was discriminative and perhaps racist. If in the UK, a white person said to someone of Asian background that they don't know how to speak English, they would be kicked out or given a warning (For e.g. when Shilpa Shetty was in Big Brother)! It is even against the law in the UK..

Prats acts so childish and complains about nothing. She has never said a sensible thing ever!

and nobody speaks hindi in South and North East...hindi is not compulsory in India...this girl is really dumb...
she's not racist...she's just plain dumb IMO

Oh yes simi13 ur right yaar... yeh toh meine notice hi nahi kiya... kabhi they bash because they dont believe ke nahi aati aur kabhi they bash cuz actually nahi aati... huh??!?!? Akhir chahti kya hai??

Katherine yes ur actually right... it is not abt what they as a group were saying... It was Pratyusha alone and that was very wrong!!! ... but I guess simi was reffering to the fact that Kamya did pass a comment abt that earlier too, so in general it is just the attitude, which is so wrong yaa...

I absolutely agree!! It is so sad but true... but tbh i feel like when will that change?! I mean the younger generation is the one who is supposed to be more openminded no?! ... I think the most shocking is the fact that it was coming from the mouth of someone who is so young and seems quite "modern" ... honestly if this is the attitude of youngsters, how is anyone supposed to feel welcomed to India?!
