You are right, Jodha-Moti relationship is so heart warming.

JOdha was quite subdued, Jalaal played along (I do prefer the naughty mischievous jalaal a notch better) overall loved their lunch together.

That bit where Jalaal reassured her that he would've stepped in had Hamida not supported iduring the conversion fiasco was endearing.

But for pace I liked the episode, curious what Hamida's test would be. So u think its them sharing the same room? Hmmm... I would love that as we didn't get to see it during the Amer trip😊

I guess you are right the clarification of not having touched her that night perhaps is making Jodha realise that Jalal is a good man somewhere beneath all his ambition and misdeeds. Jalal is changing from the once cruel man to one who is humane and values justice.

Jodha did show signs of finally trying to be a begum (wife) to her Shahenshah ( Husband). Ruquaiqa is mistaken and does not know that the way to the man's heart is through his stomach😆.

Jodha's interest in Jalal's religion will also pave the way for a more compassionate relationship.

What will be Hamida's test? something do with Trusting Jalal?

Such a lovely and heart warming episode it was. I had a smile pasted on my face all throughout. Jodha got a big revelation in the form of Jalal and his actual intentions...one from Hamida and another from Jalal himself. And I think this realization will be with her for good. I liked that in the previous episode she did not out rightly oppose her conversion to Islam (which she rightly believed to be unfair and forced) , because she might have somewhere thought about Jalal having to abdicate in that case. And she handed the decision over to Hamida Banu who she knew will take the right decision in the bigger picture. And what a lovely way she chose to express her thankfulness and happiness towards Jalal.

For me Jalal and his actions were the highlight of this episode. I loved it when he said that incomplete sentence to himself "iska matlab Jodha Begum ne hamaare liye....". he was so happy seeing Jodha reciprocating in some manner but then he was still kinda tentative about it...lovely mental state that was! later, the manner in which he was stealing glances at her during lunch was just as sweet. He looked just too happy since Jodha was talking to him normally both at lunch and at night when he finds her reading the Shah Nama. I also think he was overwhelmed to some extent on Jodha's meherbaniyaan on him today, that he kept trying to contain his happiness and enthusiasm at many occasions by looking down while talking to her. Very very sweet!
