2 kids or 3 kids?

Do Gauri and Shiv have 3 children or 2? I am pretty sure she was going on have twins. And even in yesterday's episode Shiv kept saying 'dono ...' and they only talked about 2 children.One girl and one boy. I think the third child is not thier's but probably thier kid's cousin or something. What do you guys think? 😊 I am a 100% sure they only have 2 kids.

there are three kids, but i havent seen them lately.
