I am from Gujarat and people call people by referring to them 'bhai' as the end but not young people
And here the whole senerio is different
If u watched the episodes Kusum called him Bhai and asked him his permission to call him that
And that changed their relationship as brother-sister
And as far as I know in Gujarat when people referee to them Bhai at the end I don't think they ask their permission lolz
This is the big difference by what cvs have been shown us in previous episodes

Actually mishti she never called him bhai she called him mr dubai , and then jijaji aur middle mein she even started calling him saras well ya it is very hurting to see kusum calling out saras by his name , but well names do not make a man , so not mockery. Even i do not like her calling saras by his name , but then naam mein kya rakha hai ? If she does not call him bhai that does not mean that saras doesnt see her pfrom a brother's perspective. Thats all !

I have had the experience of witnessing such a relationship in my town. Two youngsters started off as good friends and once I made the comment that they could be BF/GF but they both were adamant and said to me that it is more brother/sister. But later on this changed into love and now they are both happily married with a son. So it is not unuusual that there can be changes in relationship with time. Even in a couple with time the relationship changes from passion to love to frienship to comradeship with time. So I am in no position to judge but accept things as they are, Kusum is in love and it is the right of every human being to fal in love, now how people judge it is something else, cos, love is love after all, one does not think before falling in love.
