The difference is Kumari still does call him Bhai and Kusum has changed the whole equation by calling him "Tum" and having feeling for him in that sense

seriously, I don't know how many of you will agree with me, but in my opinion, cvs have made a joke out of this brother-sister relationship..akhir bahi bhia hota hai...so what if Kumud and Saras are not together (in relation), her not calling him bhai doesn't change the relationship and name she had given him..the way she used to call him "bhai"

Ps...guys, this is my opinion/view..nothing to do with the actors..and no i am not bashing..please healthy discussion only..and I hope you guys reply to my first post ever...
