Hahahaha... Yes if you deliver the baby shown, i am not sure what it does to the body of a woman. However babies shown are atleast 6 months old. Both Ria and Amita's..

hmmm... bcz it may not possible to get few days old baby for shooting..after all, new borns are so delicate and infection-prone..

ya new borns are very delicate...but it was hilarious to see a very chubby baby shown as newborn with eyes wide open...they have to be somewhat realistic...

they can show a month old maybe...or have some shots of newborns in their nursery and there is always the leap saga to show the kid to be older...my 2 cents...
