Arnav held her tight and was still calling on to her...Khushi..Khushi...plz ans me...He then picked her up.

Dai ji came close and saw that Khushi had fainted, worriedly she said...Lets take her in the house...

Arnav started walking towards Dai ji house and said...What happened??

Dai ji...I dont know, she just started to mumble something and ran out...I sometimes feel so helpless, cause I don't know what's troubling her mind...

Arnav knew exactly what was troubling her...So, Dai ji hadn't heard anything that Khushi was mumbling...About the wedding...If she had...She would have known for sure what was troubling her and what had shut up her brain...

Arnav went and lay her on her bed and Dai ji said...Ill go and get the doctor...Please dont leave her alone...

Arnav had vowed never to leave her...He covered her with a sheet and sat on the chair near her bed. Held her hand and whispered...Khushi...I wish I could go back and re write everything...

Arnav sighed...He felt like crying...He wanted to break something...smash his hand into something...cause he hurt so much...

Dai ji came with the doctor who was also at the wedding...The doctor checked her and said...All looks fine...Women do faint in this condition...Maybe all the people in the wedding were too much for her...

Dai ji...Do you think it will trigger her memory or something?

Doctor...I cant say anything...Human brain is a very complex organ...Cant say anything until she wakes up...Let her rest for now, Ill come and check her again in the morning... With that the doctor left...

Arnav looked at Dai ji and asked... What condition was the doctor talking about??

Dai ji stood silent...Just looked at Khushi for a while and then turned towards Arnav and said...She's pregnant...

Arnav felt as if someone had punched him...He sank in the nearby chair...His thoughts on the night of the bachelor party at the farm house...How wonderful it all had been...She had trusted him so much...had given him everything...and in return he had...dammit...

He looked at Dia ji and said...She must be about two months pregnant?

Dai ji nodded...Yes...

Arnav just looked at Khushi...He was happy to hear the news...but he didn't know how she felt about it...He looked at Dai ji and asked...How does she feels about it?

Dai ji looked at him and said...She doesn't know...She hasn't been that sick to suspect...And I...I haven't had the courage to tell her...

Arnav sighed...We will tell her...But not now...Lets hold this news from her, for a few more days...Dont worry about it...Tell me has this happened before? Has she fainted often?

Dai ji...This is the third time... twice in your presence and once last month...

Arnav nodded...Has she remembered anything after waking up??

Dai ji... NO...nothing...she doesn't even remember that she had fainted...

There was a loud knock on the door and someone said...Dai ji, they are waiting for you, so they can proceed with the pheras...

Dai ji looked at Khushi and then at Arnav...

Arnav knew she had to go so he said...Please go, Ill sit by her...She will be coming with me tomorrow...So now you will have to trust her with me...

Dai ji nodded and looked at Khushi and said... Look after her...then she left...

Arnav sat near her...A thousand things going through his mind...He needed to talk to someone...He had to vent out...Dammit...How could this have happened...

Then he heard Khushi's voice in his mind...Arnav ji, today don't let me wait for long...Then...I'll slip so fast from your hand, just like fine sand...And you wont be able to find me...

Arnav stood up and walked towards the door...He couldn't stand it any more...What if she woke up in the morning and remembers everything? How will she react? Will she refuse to come with him? Will she forgive him? What will she do? He had never felt so helpless in his life...Her words ringing in his ears...What do you think you are...God? Well.. nothing is in your hands...One day you will realize that nothing is in our hands, we don't run or rule our lives...and the day you realize that...I wont be there to remind you of it...

Arnav touched his face...It was wet...He had been silently crying...She had slipped from his hands...and was now lost...

He pulled his cell out from his pocket and dialed a number...He wanted desperately to talk to his Di, but not while Shyam was around...

Outside Gupta House...

Aman and Anjali were sitting in the car and Aman said...Anjali ji, are you alright? Please be strong for everyone...When ASR comes back tomorrow with Khushi ji, he will need you to be strong for him...

Anjali...I know that...Its just...How will I tell them?...What will happen when Khushi ji comes here and meets them all?

Aman...For Khushi ji's sake they all will have to be strong and act normal...that's all...Just like how ASR must be keeping his feelings and emotions under control...Only God knows how he must be doing it...So if he can do it...Everyone can...

Anajli smiled and said...You know my chotey so well...And you are right...we will have to help each other for Khushi ji's sake...

Aman had made arrangements with his friend who had lured Shyam on a wild goose chase after a fake case and he had left this evening, with a promise that he would get lots of cash for it...Leaving the ground clear so Khushi ji can come and settle down in Shantivan without any fear of him spoiling anything...

As per Arnav's instructions, after getting rid of Shyam, Anjali and Aman had come to Gupta's house to get them ready for Khushi's returns...

They were about to get down from the car when Aman's cell went off... He checked and answered...Ya...How are you doing?I have sent Shyam out of the city...But don't know till when he can be kept away...I have tired my best...We have approx 5 to 7 days...maybe more... Shes right here...

He handed her the cell and said... Its ASR...He sounds low...

Anjali...Hello chotey...is everything alright? Are you alright...and Khushi ji?

Arnav was silent for a while and then he said...Di..she fainted today...cause she couldn't stand being at a wedding...All she was mumbling was...He didnt come to marry her...He let her down...Di..I let her down...I didn't reach the mandap on time...Its all my fault...

Anjali closed her eyes...She could feel the pain in his voice...She let him talk...Didn't say a word...She wished she was there to hug him, to comfort him and tell him that it wasn't his fault...He shouldn't blame himself for everything that had happened...

When he had finished talking...she said...Arnav, it was fate, that all this happened...Nothing is in our hands...We plan something and something else happens...Fate just played a dirty game with the two of you...Please don't blame yourself... You know what happened...Then how can you blame yourself for it...It wasn't entirely your fault...

Arnav...I could have prevented it...If only I had come sooner...

Aman could hear them and he squeezed Anjali's hand as if assuring her and giving her strength... She looked at Aman and said sternly...Somethings are just not in our hands... Chotey, get a hold on yourself...You cant loose it now...She needs you and all of us to be strong for her... Just be thankful that you have found her...We all are with you...We will try and help her in recovering her memory... But for that...we all need to be strong for her...

Arnav cut in... My fear is, when she regains her memory, recognizes and remembers everything then what? Will she ever forgive me? Will she come back to me?

Anjali...Why are you thinking like this? Remember shes Khushi...your Khushi...of course she will forgive you everything and anything...

But Arnav had his doubts...He had let her down...He didn't know if she would forgive him or not...

Anjali... Arnav are you giving up on her so soon???

Arnav...No Di... not at all...Never...

Anjali smiled... Well then...hang in there...all will be fine...soon...

Arnav also smiled...Thanks Di... I really needed encouragement and reassurance...

Di...That's what big sisters are for...Now be with Khushi and be strong...ok...And bring her home tomorrow...Aman ji and I were just on our way to inform Khushi's parents about everything... Ill keep you informed on it all...aaa Chotey, Shyam has gone so feel free to call me whenever you want...Take care of yourself and Khushi ji...Bye now...

Arnav cut the call and wiped his tears. Went and sat near Khushi and held on to her hand and whispered...I will make everything fine...Don't you worry about anything...

Anjali and Aman went in Gupta's house and told them everything...There was first excitement and happiness, that she had been finally been found and was alive... When they heard that Khushi doesn't remember anything...They had all become sad...But were happy that Arnav was bringing her home. Now they all needed to play their part in helping her regain her memory...They will have to treat her as Arnav's patient and remove all her pictures from the house...

Garima, Babuji and Buaji all were eager and ready for Khushi return...

Then Aman dropped Anjali to Shantivan, where she broke the news to Payal and Akash...Then with the help of OP and HP, they cleaned the room as Arnav had instructed them...

Everything was in place...Every one was given directions or instructions...The plan was set...Now all were waiting for Khushi to return, so they could help her regain her memory...

Now the question was...When Khushi wakes up...will she remember everything or not? And if she does, will she return to the city with Arnav?
