whats wrong with preeti??

it seems something is seriously wrong with preeti.she had pain few epis back an dwill faint in tomorrow's epi.what do you guys think will be wrong with her?some complications in pregnancy because of her abortion?or can it be that she is not actually pregnant as there is no confirmation from a doctor in the show?
i think first one is the case.

yes...even i was thinking something is seriously wrong...she may not be pregnant after all!!! maybe its something serious!!! 😕
