it seems something is seriously wrong with preeti.she had pain few epis back an dwill faint in tomorrow's epi.what do you guys think will be wrong with her?some complications in pregnancy because of her abortion?or can it be that she is not actually pregnant as there is no confirmation from a doctor in the show?
i think first one is the case.

I think something wrong with her because of her abortion or she might not be pregnant..😭

yes...even i was thinking something is seriously wrong...she may not be pregnant after all!!! maybe its something serious!!! 😕

This would mean that after all Preetis past did affect her present life, and god forbid but this could even lead to differences in the Deshpande family!!!!!😲

there's really something serious happening with her, and if she's really pregnant, then why are cv's trying to pressurize he audience by showing her with severe back pains, headaches, every after one minute! and in today's precap, they showed that she's gonna faint, i guess tomorrow we will find out the truth behind this!

I agree! If she is pregnant and everything is fine the CVs wouldn't be showing these back pains and building such suspense... something sure is fishy...
