Veer Zaara an extremely underrated film ?

I was watching this in television the other day and it was so good

The story , music and locations were all really really good

Srk at his peak

Rani doing her thing

PZ was even good . heck even big b and hema malini were good

Tere Liye and main yahan hoon were two of the best songs of 2000- 2009. Udit naryan was a beast on this song

But I beg to ask the question why isn't it loved as much as DDLJ or KKHH or Devdas etc etc

It is one of Srks best films . Maybe the best yash Chopra film post Deewar and yet it is not considered a "legendary movie"

Yet it was a bit long but so are a lot of Hindi films

I know a lot of people who dislike it cause it portrayed Pakistanis as villains but that shit ended in 1947 move the f**k on 😆 😆

Imm pretty sure Pakistan as a country would've been better off if it never departed from india . IMHO


Anyway even if remove the political angle a lot of people don't rank to as a great film

i loved it. i guess its not loved as much as kkhh or ddlj because those two were more happy, lovey dovey movies whereas veer zaara had more drama and sadness.

Yes Veer Zaara is underrated
A much better film than the likes of DTPH ans DDLJ
The story had much more substance and the music was plain awesome

Its a little over dramatic...and about an hour too long. Otherwise, decent watch. Nothing horrible, but nothing mindblowing either. Probably second best after Darr in terms of SRK's projects with Yash Chopra though. DDLJ/KKHH were game changers in their own ways, hence more popular.

I do love Do Pal though.

Veer Zaara is a beautiful film! I too feel that it is an extremely underrated film.

It is one of my favourite films.. love this film 😊

My favorite SRK movie. It's not perfect cinema but it's heart touching. One of my favorites.
