Discussing nominations..... A big crime????

As said by BB in the previous week discussing nominations is a big crime in BB house and thus punished those who we're discussing the nomination. Andy was nominated for direct eviction because according to the housemates he discussed nominations the most. The question is if it was such a big crime why the participants who was nominated for direct eviction was sent to the caravan n now still in the BB house??????? This year who ever is coming up with these new twists n turns in BB is extremely not fair n is not keeping the rules of BB house same n constant.
