But Jalal went with her. The conservatives are afraid of the influence she might or is already having on him. If she changes her religion, he will not participate with her. They are also threatened with the influence Ameris may have on him.. which they eventually do.

Nice post...

This religion issue was inevitable...real jodha was forced to convert(info credit: alakh)...however, here they will not show forced conversion...as it doesn't sit right with prevalent mindset(and it's a sensitive issue) and can lead to protest from both sides...one suggesting no Rajput was married and then converted to Islam...while other suggesting that it dents akbar's image as he was known for liberal policies...I am also of the view that whenever jodha decides to take up Islam it should be out of her free will and jalal by her side...As its nice and will not offend anyone...

Having said that according to the spoiler posted by alakh...she will decide to convert and I am sure she takes this descision for jalal...while jalal will not be in this favour...as she is shown to be a fiercely religious woman...this is a huge step and hence a major turn in JJ relationship...according to spoiler.. baba salim chisti's interference will bring things back to normal...and...it would be jalal who would have sorted his help...thus moving a step closer to the liberal Akbar...

I think nothing has happened betweeen JJ.. I think they want this track to continue next week. Jodha is collapsed and Jalaal will understand and tell her the truth and thus new trust develops between them.

As per the spoiler, religious issue will sort out till Tuesday..

I do hope so too. Damn Cruel Anga for interrupting Mothi's explanation of what happened in the fateful night. But I do think and hope that the conclusion that Jodha jumped to is false. 😕
