Are these bloopers or am I missing something?

In CID SB episode "The Hypnotic Trail", it seems like there were several ideas there were introduced and then forgotten. Why did Ravi collect perfumes if he couldn't use them? And why did Priya order all those mithaiyaan?

Hypnotic Trail's basic idea itself was trash. Controlling someone's mind because someone stared at a spiral coil which resembled Maccharchap agarbatti.

I am still shocked to see that some ordinary shoe store keeps customer's name and address who purchases shoes in "Case of Vanishing Girl"

Why our serials have to be so bad. Karamchand is another one which disappoints.
