Dev walked down the hall and stopped in the midway hearing Rahul speaking about Geet, "Nakul Kaka, I am so worried about Geet ji, after all she is such an nice person, Maan Sir, should not have done that," Rahul said out his heart unable to control his feelings, "Rahul, this is their personal matter and you have not right to speak about that, now go and do your work," Nakul bossed him,

"Nakul," Dev's voice made both Nakul and Rahul stud and they both turned to face him, "what was he saying about," Dev asked and they both looked at each other, "Nothing Dev Babu," Nakul said as he looked down, "Nakul say it, I will not say anything to anyone," Dev pressed and Rahul was have an temptation to say it but he looked at Nakul and looked down,

"Dev, please," Geet said holding his hands, "I am ok, You haven't done anything wrong, if my fate doesn't consist of happiness what will you do," Geet spoke with pain raising in her voice, "Geet, enough, you no need to go to the office anymore, enough of everything, I will speak to bro when he comes home," Dev said finally, "No Dev, please don't do anything like that, don't make him more upset, I can bear my pain but not his, please,"

Maan went in and stood there, and he guilt was killing him inside, and he really have no idea how to make it work, he do bought her a gift, but he knew it was not enough, never enough for what he had done, Geet turned and saw Maan standing there looking at her and she immediately jumped down and went towards him,

"Maan tell her you are sorry and that was a big mistake," Maan's heart begged him, Maan looked at her and she was too looking at him to say something, but her hands were trembling due to the fear, she thought he might be still anger, Maan saw her hands and nervousness and it made him to feel more guilt, "Geet," he called and she saw him with her big shining eyes,

"Can I get a black coffee," Maan said, "Damn, what am I saying," Maan thought and looked at Geet, Geet nodded at him and went past him, and Maan suddenly caught her hand and she stopped and she turned nervous, "Maan tell her, tell her" his heart was screaming, as he saw her, Geet slowly turned around and looked at him with her fear filled eyes,

"Ji," Geet looked at him, Maan looked at her and his heart was beating high, "Nothing, I will wait here even" Maan said and Geet looked at him puzzled "Wait in my room," Geet thought and Maan let go of her hand and so she went away, "God, how will I say this, how," Maan thought as she went out, and after a few minutes Geet came back to her room,

As she came to her room she found her room empty, "He said he will wait here but he is gone, Baba ji, now what's in his mind," Geet thought scared and turned to leaved and suddenly she heard a phone ringing in her room, "Did he left his mobile here," Geet thought and looked around and the ring came from her dressing table,

Geet went and looked at it and found a Red color phone lying on the table, "It's not his phone, nor Dev's, whose phone is this than," Geet thought and looked at a little note there, she took it and looked at it and a was shocked to see what was written, "For you, Maan", Geet can't believe this, Maan gave her this phone,

Geet was surprised to the core, she read those three words again and again, "Am I dreaming Baba ji," she said as she looked at the phone and a smile appeared in her sad face, and she stood up and walked out, with a big smile on her face, and rushed to the kitchen, Maan watched her rushing to the kitchen with a smile and it made him feel a little better,

"But it's not enough for the pain I had given you, I have to say a sorry," Maan decided and went to his room, Maan didn't go back to the office after that, he decided to go after the lunch, then Geet made everything ready and asked Nakul to call Maan and Maan too came and sat there and Geet served him,

"Where is Dev?" Maan asked to Geet, "He is sleeping, and he had his soup," Geet said and Maan nodded, then there was a silent for a few seconds, "Ji," Geet called and Maan looked at her, "Thank you," Geet said with a slight smile, "For the mobile," Geet finished, "Ya, you often tend to disappear and there is no way to contact you so only I thought of giving you the mobile, a easy way to find you when you are lost" Maan said,

Geet was spell bound by his reply, and looked at him with her mouth opened, "he is making fun of me", and Maan looked at her and her reaction gave him a smile, "and you are welcome," Maan said with a smile and Geet looked at him frozen up, "Baba ji, he smiled, he smiled at me, I am not dreaming right," Geet thought as an happiness spread in her wounded heart, healing the pain, she smiled a bit bright,

"Geet, I am going to the office now, will be back in the evening only, ok," Maan said and Geet nodded, and Maan went away, and Geet was now jumping with joy, after a hour when Dev saw her he was confused with her big smiling face, "Geet, what happened," Dev asked surprised, and Geet showed him the phone, "New mobile?" Dev asked surprised again,

"Yes, your brother gave me," Geet said slightly blushing, "What? Bro? I can't believe it Geet, oh my god," Dev smiled big, "I too can't believe it," Geet said, "I thought he was anger on you, and now he gifted you a phone," Dev asked confused, "You Brother na, Dev, is just like a god, what he will do, why, how, only he will know and no one else can even guess," Geet said with a smile,

"So true," Dev smiled up, "Hey can I get your number Geet," Dev asked and Geet grinned, "Hey Geet, let's call Adi, no, no, let's call Pinky," Dev said and Geet too nodded and called Adi and Pinky and they were too shocked and the noon went with happiness, and Geet waited for Maan at evening,

It was around 7 when Maan came into the house, and went to his room, Geet immediately went and made his black coffee and came to his room, as she came near the room she saw him, standing there with his hands folded, "Ji," She stood near his door step and Maan signed her to come in,

Geet went and gave him the coffee and turned to leave, "Geet, go and wait for me in the garden terrace," Maan said making Geet shock, "Garden terrace, now," she thought but didn't say anything, just shook her head and went away, Maan watched her leave, "God, I have to ask her for sorry, somehow, until I tell her, I will not be able to breathe in relief, after doing such a big mistake, I am suppose to say sorry," Maan made his mind up,

Geet was walking in the terrace not know why he called there, "is it about yesterday, is he still anger, Baba ji, why did he call me now," Geet was burning with tension, she then sat on the fountain wall there, looking at her own reflection in the water, and suddenly she saw Maans reflection in the water and she turned immediately and stood up as she saw him,

Maan too was so nervous, he don't know how to say and what to say, he looked into her nervous face and he took a deep breath, "Hmm, Geet, about yesterday," Maan started and paused, he was actually struggling for words, and this made Geet more nervous and shocked, she looked at his face and she can't guess anything, his eyes was directly staring at her,

Geet then broken her eyes contact and moved forward, "I am sorry," she said and Maan looked at her puzzled, and went and stood behind her, "I should have told you that I met him at the hospital, I didn't say it actually because I really didn't want to think about my past, but still I should have told you, I am sorry," Geet said,

Maan suddenly turned her, holding her shoulders and he looked at her as he held both her shoulders, "Geet, you didn't do any mistake, you did what you thought was right and there is nothing to feel sorry about it, you have all the rights to forget your past and, and," Maan was trying his best to say the sorry word,

Just then Maan noticed Geet who was frozen with her wide eyes opened up, her breathing getting speedy, Maan got puzzled by her reaction and just then he realized he was holding Geet so close to him, his hands holding tightly on her shoulders and his breathe hitting her face,

Geet was staring at his big black shining eyes looking at her, now she was feeling nothing, she was totally dazzling by his closeness and captivate by his hold on her, she wasn't hearing anything, she wasn't belonging to this word at the moment, she was just dream feeling his hands on her and his eyes looking into her eyes, her air filled with his aroma,

Maan knowing that her state was due to his closeness, took his hands off from her immediately, and broke his eyes contact from her, and stepped back, looked away, Geet just looked blank as if she was realized from hypnotism, she felt embarrassed for starting at him like that, she looked at him standing there turned away,

Geet without a word ran away from there, and after a few minutes he saw Geet and she was not there, "god, where did she go", Maan thought, "Maan, you can't even say that single word, what kind of an businessman are you," Maan asked himself, "But it was so hard to say it, must be my ever sleeping ego" Maan thought,

Then Maan too went down and saw Geet was in the kitchen, Geet was not doing anything but starting at the blue, "Baba ji, what's happening, what would have he thought, but what am I suppose to do, whenever he comes close to me or whenever he touches me, it feels like I am lost somewhere, it takes my breath away, and I don't know what I am doing,"

"And looking into his eyes, feels like I could live in those staring black world forever," Geet thought as she saw his shining deep black eyes in her mind, even thinking about it gave her a shiver, "Baba ji, please don't make him upset because of this ok, please," Geet prayed and started to make the dinner,
