BB should bring him back. if he is accused of ahansa, tanisha madam is also guilty of it.

but BB can not kick her out... tanisha madam is too big of a star for BB and salman khan...

since tanisha madam aka self proclaimed raani can not be kicked out, BB should bring back kushal to save face value... par I think that would depend on tanisha madam's mood... until she does not go into her maharania ' I forgive you' mode, kushal won't be brought back!
