What is wrong with Anupam??

After reading today's episode, I have to ask...what is wrong with Anupam???? How can he only think about Ippy and Shiv's love affair and not once think about Gauri as to how might she feel when the secret is unfolded to her😡😡😡. I did not expect this from Anupam.

u loved the idea of gauri and anupam as a pair and discussing among themselves how anupam loved ippi and how he continues to love her throughout his life and gauri explaining anupam the same about shiv and her love to shiv that is never going to end🤣
