calling Anandi to the stand does not make any sense really, jagya didnt even tell that anandi was present at the restraunt with him when he overheard sanchi.and if the case is based on how jagya left anandi for gauri. that is the truth, but i dont see how it changes anything. jagaya and anandi were married when they were children. as grown up they saw things differently, and jagdish was different at that time. it only proves that jadish left anandi for someone who was more sophisticated, educated, he wanted to experience life at that age and he had fallen in love with gauri. but that jagdish is different for todays jagdish, who wants a quite life serving people and living with his family and a homely ganga is a better life partner for him then sanchi.
the telephone calls and how much time jagdish actually spent with sanchi clearly states that jagdish didnt like spending time with sanchi and even talking to her.
the fact that anandi and jagdish are still friends and keep in touch only states the jagdish is a good person and has changed for the better. for him to be on speaking terms with his Ex-wife.
and what does Ira mean that she wants anandi to take sanchi side. does she expect anandi to lie out right in court. and if she tells the truth will she throw anandi out of the house or start ill treating her. will she be any better the those people who il treat their daughter in laws. and will mr collector / upstanding citizen of society let his mother do so without sending her to jail.
wouldn't the shekers be actually committing a crime bigger then what jagdish so called did???
