JaGan can very easily registerd their marriage coz their marriage is totaly leaga according to Hindu law.

i also believe that. Whether Anandi had filed against Gauri-jagya's marriage or not. doesn't change the fact that their marriage never held any ground in the first place.

look at it these way a victim's family doesn't have to file for case before the killer is called a murderer.
once its if a known fact that Jagya is still married to Anandi while he and Gauri married...the marriage is void. it doesn't matter how legal the documents looks. the legality to any document only carries weight with the way its gotten in the first place.
that is why in many country's a death man's will has be to proven to be not only by him, but also that he wrote it with a clear mind without any malpractice.

So, as far i know Anandi is ONLY Jagya EX-WIFE, and Ganga is his only present wife.

many people like Jagya can act very stupid, but that doesn mean if he acts and marries 30 women in an illegal way with legal document...and government will acept he has 30 wivies.

If Gauri and Jagya's marriage is legal, then Geet and Dev's marriage is legal too and Maan has never been a legal husband to Geet. which we all know is impossible...lol

both were wrong she went step ahead in her insecurity!

• jagya anandi childhood marriage was also legal only when they turned 21 and consummated, had they not consummated he would have been free to marry gauri! ( and this is the understanding that both had that since Balvivah was ilegal court was legal , remember how shocked was g when realised she still isnt legal wife??)
• in the entire period gauri was insecure only coz she was never his wife! her court marriage was never legal and that is why all drama for divorce,- asking for property instead etc
• after divorce she wanted to get married legally but since coulnt there is no legal shadi!
• jaggu is now free to marry and he married ganga so she is his second legal wife, gauri till the end remained a live in partner and a mistress!

thank you even Gauri knew her marriage is Illegal that is why she wanted a second wedding after his legal divorce with Anandi. ...unfortunately for her he found out how stupid he is and left her at the surprise wedding.
than why are people still saying they are married?
Ganga is the only wife Jagya has.
