I usually take out my frustrations on a piece of paper and rip it up.

Sometimes, however, I take the advice of the quote below:

im soo not into the whole sharing my feeling thing with any1. parents, relatives, friends, teachers...nope. i keep it to myself, and handle it myself, and get through it myself. i jus listen to three days grace 😆

Yes I find it a good way too 😊
I think I am lucky , wherever I go I find good and sincere people along with my well supported family 😊
