If you are really upset or angry about something ...
does talking/writing about it help you ....

or does it increase your fear that the incident is going to be the talk of the town???

I talk to my mom about everything and it actually helps clearing my head sometimes...

I was always ranting about my feelings, stress and frustration during my papa's heart surgery to my friends through PMz and mails. One thing kept me strong as women do need to just talk about it, even if the other person can't contribute in the situation physically...still you need to talk! I Never cried in front of ANYBODY except mom during the crises. But i sure felt stronger after talking to her or my friends.

I agree with QT di.... Its an Excellent Technique 👏 👍🏼...Wonder why men don't use it properly 😉 😆 🤔

I find it easier to write it down other than talk to someone. Talking makes me nervous and I can't explain my feelings well enough. So I write it down. But there is a disadvantage too...there is a risk that someone might find that piece of paper accidentally. Then? Tab kya hoga??😕

Venting is the safety valve that helps humans let off the excessive emotional pressure...even if temporarily.

Yea...that's what. I fear that is what will happen to me soon too.😕 But for now, I don't have any one to tell my feelings to, so I prefer to right them down instead of keeping them inside me.

But I do agree with you....in most of the cases, dads turn out to listen to us better. Moms are always yelling at us and being suspicious.😉

Cheers,

Anjali
