does talking/writing about it help you ....
or does it increase your fear that the incident is going to be the talk of the town???
I talk to my mom about everything and it actually helps clearing my head sometimes...

I find it easier to write it down other than talk to someone. Talking makes me nervous and I can't explain my feelings well enough. So I write it down. But there is a disadvantage too...there is a risk that someone might find that piece of paper accidentally. Then? Tab kya hoga??😕
Cheers,
Anjali

I stopped writing after that.. I talk to my mom or dad(preferably dad coz he listens better)...thats easier
Yea...that's what. I fear that is what will happen to me soon too.😕 But for now, I don't have any one to tell my feelings to, so I prefer to right them down instead of keeping them inside me.
But I do agree with you....in most of the cases, dads turn out to listen to us better. Moms are always yelling at us and being suspicious.😉
