Jagya-Sanchi case: Predictions?

Now that the case is going to roll out from today, share how this all will proceed...possibilities, predictions, arguments, observations?

There are many posts in different scattered threads.

Let's all discuss them in one thread.

How strong or weak this case against Jagya is, pitfalls, problems, probable turning points, probable behaviour of people in this case proceedings...

I am afraid Jagya is in martyr mode right now...I hope he doesn't remain silent. Forget Anandi, he must speak out at least what he knows.

Looking at martyr mode Jagya who is ready to accept punishment and despondent Singhs I think initially it will be difficult for them.

The case will turn on its head mainly if Sanchi blurts out in anger or her friends speak. 😕

For the case...

I dont find Ganga helpful here...as she can only prove How good Jagya is.

Whereas her claims can be nullified for the fact that Jagya had saved her from death & Ratan singh, got her divorced from him, helped her with her education & nursing..initially trained her as nurse, proved her innocent in manglore...singh's sheltered her...Now married her...In short she is largely indebted to Jagya and thus she is bound to favor him.

She knows nothing about Sanchi's fakeness or friends.

Anandi will not help singh's or ganga explicitly by giving them ideas or evidences...as then she will be unfair to shekhars.

Anandi can only testify that she heard the coffee convo ...& so Jagya is not lying.

bribery issue only proves that Sanchi was adamant to get married to J...or that sanchi had an inkling of JaGan.

For vase breaking...Iawyer can say it must have fallen as it got misplaced by Sanchi while she was collapsing.

No scream...If i wanna commit suicide...why should i scream??

for open door...I was not in senses...so forgot to close the door...not a big deal...as suicide was anl impulsive action by Sanchi.

Anandi will persuade Sanchi's friends to say truth...in case A will deny that she was J in coffee shop as J had not told that to police.

Friends can prove that what Sanchi said in coffee shop was not her "natak" ...she inded said that ...and she was only pretending change to impress everyone.

They can say that they gave idea to get J by hook or by crook...

So sanchi decided to get J by crook & attempted suicide to pressurize him.

But the question is no one knows Sanchi faked suicide...only she knows that...so one will prove bout her fake suicide attempt?

J's good character certificate given by villagers/friends/collegues cant deny his two timing.

and they can still say that J's "Sindoor session" & "denial of love for Sanchi " had provoked Sanchi to commit suicide.

So how Jagya will be proved as innocent.????

@skep Agree...only Jagya has the brain required to see through Sanchi.

only He can save himself if he will come out of his self sacrificing mode...and start thinking about ways to get out from jail...

I know will help him & also Ganga has the required brain.

But they both need to be guided by him in this case...as he knows a lots of facts and Is way more smarter than any of singhs if he will return to his true self and senses

I really don't knw the outcome of the case but one thing for sure it's only Anandi who will be at loss... N whatever pain she have went though to revive that n whatever she is going through I guess it will be really hard for her to cum out of it...

I think some argument will take place where in sanchi will loose cool and blurt our the truth! proving jagya as well as anandi innocent. Let's see how creatives do that!

I agree with all of this. Anandi nor Sanchi's friends can prove the real ice-breaker because the only person who knows Sanchi's suicide was a fake is Sanchi herself. Anandi can only mention the coffee shop talk and her friends can say she always talked like that with us. I don't think even they can prove Sanchi was faking that if she says one thing to her friends and another at home only she is sure to whom she was being honest. bribing the pandit...in fact that will help the prosecution prove that Sanchi was so madly in love with J his betrayal made her try suicide.

Plus J's record with women will totally go against him.

I do not think that coffee shop incident is too big in this case - the judge is not going to decide whether Sanchi was suitable for Jagya or not whether Jagya did right thing by breaking the engagement or not, whether Ganga is more suitable for badi haveli than Sanchi etc. Even bribing the pandit can be moulded in favour of Sanchi saying that she already feared that Ganga is after Jagya, so she wanted the engagement and marriage as soon as possible. The courts do not care for panchang and muhurat etc. However, as I already said in my post in other thread - creatives may not show court case rationally. So they may actually show the court taking into account what is generally a topic of family debate (whether this girl is more suitable, whether she is not actually changing, whether she is planning to take Jagya away from family etc.).

There is also concern whether the witnesses will tell the truth or start giving their own judgement like Sanchi was trying to change or Jagya is now redeemed. How can the court judge whether Sanchi was actually trying to change or about redemption of Jagya - these thing are for debate in family/society and courts cannot certify these things.

Anandi and even Ganga have to tell the unbiased truth. Ganga married Jagya recently so it is not expected that she will say anything against Jagya but as ex-wife of Jagya will Anandi tell the truth because the prosecution lawyer will focus on Jagya's behaviour towards her when she was his wife- the circumstances of divorce etc. Even in cross examination it will be difficult for defence lawyer to bring coffee house conversation because she is there as Jagya's ex-wife and not as Sanchi's sister-in-law and it is not disclosed that she was there with Jagya that day.

I agree with aashimaahuja's points, but still it will be difficult to prove abatement of suicide case against Jagya because of time-lag. Had Sanchi tried to commit suicide the same day - their case would have something strong - like she did it out of shock. Or if Sanchi actually died, it would have been difficult to save Jagya. Defence lawyer will grill Sanchi and she may slip somewhere. So, in the end the accusation of abatement of suicide will not be proved.

they are using past to punish jagya then they should be asked that why the hell you went to sings with rishta if you were already reserved for him??

This question will definitely come and Shakhers will have no reply - they may say Sanchi's khushi etc. but it is not a strong point, if the parents thought that he was not a suitable boy and knew his history - why did they agreed with Sanchi with this rishta? Shakhers will have no answer.
