It will be shown tomorrow because as per the precap kushal was shouting tht the girl has 103 fever.

naa it was supposed to be in today's episode. See the clothes Kamya was wearing in todays episode and compare it to the photos that were released of her getting sick.

no it was supposed to be today, she was working like crazy in the precap in the live feed today i.e tomorrows episode

In the precap all of them were wearing the same clothes. It must have happened in the morning before they changed.

^^No, I didnt see it in the live feed either but I saw to morning of tomorrows episode in todays live feed and it happened in the night of todays episode, but they didnt show it.
