SRK is playing a gangster in Rahul Dholkia film: Farhan Akhtar

After successfully playing the character of Don' in Farhan Akhtar's last two directorial ventures, Shahrukh Khan will be seen playing a gangster in Rahul Dholkia's untitled next.

However, Farhan Akhtar, who will be co-producing the film, has denied reports that SRK will play a Gujarati don.

"Don't call him a Gujarati don! He is not playing any Gujarati don. The film is based in Gujarat and his character is based in Gujarat. He is playing a gangster in the film. The film deals with crime and law" Farhan told IANS here.

The film, directed by Rahul Dholkia, will go on floors next year.
