IF THAT WERE THE CASE...probably....raj and naina wud fall in love get married..and get divorced..
then raj wud marry...ritu as a majboori..
shi wud try killing him...and he wud die!!
then he wud come back...marry naina again...and again get divorced....
then he wud marry dr.shalini...and cheat on her with naina...and again marry naina...
in the meantime...naina wud also marry others like huda and alekh and maybe even bhargav...
naveen wud definately be alive!!!
and ya,...lrl...wud take at least 5 leaps...an raj and naina will be shown as 100yrs old, still alive...and still romancing!!!!
