A Brother's Trauma

Another emotionally charged episode. One that struck very close to home. Its the gospel truth what Kiran said. The hunger for more dowry never really dies or even diminishes no matter that one who you have sworn to care for and protect all your life had given you everything they and their family possess.I am also astounded at the most common method of dowry killing:burning another human being alive.Do they even for one moment imagine the pain that is experienced when fire begins to melt human flesh? Truly. The most heinous of all crimes is bringing home another's child, sister, grand daughter just to bathe her with kerosene and see her melt and turn to ashes. All for a few pieces of gold.

And to witness this happening to one's own loved one while still being a child is signing up for a life time in hell.

Arjun didnt have any admonishment for Madhav. What could he say? Only those that experience know the pain.He too saw Roshni being butchered right in front of his eyes and thirsts for vengeance till this day.

But there are strong women like Kiran also who make up this world. That she decided to stand up for herself was commendable. The actor that played her part knew her job well.👏

I will never never get tired of saying this.Shaleen Malhotra nailed it as usual. But never expect a dull moment with him at the helm.Something yet again was new about his dialogue delivery. That he speaks a lot with his eyes is a given but lately tone and modulation of his voice too is noteworthy. He fully understands how this iconic character could quickly become wooden and repetitive if care is not taken to bring something new to it every time it hits the screen. An gifted actor who also happens to be extremely perceptive to the pulse of the audience.Applause and proud to be a Shaleen fan.⭐️

I was fully expecting to be slightly bored by the case but something about the screenplay had me interested up until the last. The mode of investigation was very well picturised.ETF moving from one village to another collecting and colating evidences were applause worthy.

I was concerned about the fire in the forest as it leads to bigger disasters but creatives very intelliigently put those fears to rest with a superb solution offered by the killer himself. That by spraying the nearby areas with water so as to contain the spread of fire.Good thinking!👍🏼

Chotu's branching out to independently handle part of investigation was another highpoint. The man has been seriously underused.

Lisa is another artist who puts her heart into her role.As always impeccable performance.👏

Ms Anand's inputs were note worthy today.Much of her research helped home in on the killer.Hope her parts are written with such care in future too.😊

Sorely missed Lady Dabbang and Techie Sen. Makes my mind go thinking along painful lines. But then lets cross that bridge when we get there.

That Arjun decided to tackle a serial killer all by himself without any backup didnt sit well with me.We know how brave he is.There is no need to show his heroism by making him act so careless with himself.

Also it was never clear how exactly did Arjun zero in on Madhav as a killer. What did he want to show Ms Anand?😕

A well made episode with a strong social message.Good job,Team Arjun.

I have officially stopped watching Arjun from today.😭 When my entire family bangs their head over some paagal and pain-in-the-ass Balika Vadhu...why should I even argue??😡😡😡 From today onwards I break off my relationship with television altogether. Na jaane kis ghatiya time par itna acha series launch hua hai!!! Logical series are looked down upon and crap sells like the newest rage in town! Pathetic!!😡😡 From today its me, my room and my books and my laptop! RIP those paagal series and paagal channel!!😡😡

Would I be very off the mark if I say that the montage was the best part of the episode?😛 And no,this has got nothing to do with the unnaturally high screen time bestowed upon someone!
Though the investigations was gripping in bits and parts,I felt that the case never really took off. Right from the initial long drawn investigation of the crime scene to the very jarring end! Now,I know that the writers have done this to other characters, but can we please not have Arjun behaving so strangely. You are right that we never quite clearly got to know how did he land up at Madhav's place, but what followed was more astonishing! Arjun asks for water, indulges in chit chat with the now identified killer and actually drops his gun when Madhav's threatened to kill the man with a spade! It was not a knife!!To kill with a spade would have required him to lift his hand and given Arjun enough time to shoot at his hand,leg..anywhere!! For someone who reacts in a split second..what was he thinking!!
But yes,the message came across nice and clear. Arjun's silence in the end had a mark of discomfort and that was the beauty of it😊

I too loved the technical aspect ant the way the story was moved forward👏

True.So much better than being a glorified extra.Sometimes without a single dialogue even. Not fair to the actor.

missed Aisha and Shree biig time...

Dont get me started on that crap fest.🤢 You know Shivani sometimes even when I am all alone in the house in the evenings during weekdays with nothing to do I prefer simply staring at the walls rather than picking up the remote to watch TV.Arjun is a lifesaver but try explaining that to the soap watching crowd and the powers that be🥱

I'll join the club when Arjun too bids adieu😭

Montage.I wasn't getting the correct term for it so didnt write it.😳 That was some powerful pose there Dazzling!

I agree about him barging into a killers home to banter and that rather unnecessary chase😕 Chotu should have been right outside the door.Bad writing there.

Again, the same people come with rather unbelievable amazing stuff like the wet earth, meaningful silence at the end and the scene at Madhav's😆
