Barkha was being wicked to Nikhil that family the Ahuja's they are bad people you can just tell that they are the proudest of the bunch in their Delhi society, calling Nikhil a perfectionist so they are eager to see his wife, so obviously even if she was a city dweller the most beautiful girl in the world they would find a fault in her because they are looking for perfection, so imagine Laajo so different to the way they think they might as well be from different planets, saree wearing, she's not particularly health conscious like those Ahuja snobs either, they were already sniggering at just her name only Laajo short for Lajwanti imagine when they see her in a saree, hair all in voluminous curls and them their hair it looks so dead straight like they are wearing wigs (Nani and Shaila's hairstyles I'm not sure if they are wearing a wig or not but the hair looks really artificially put together 😆).

I agree story needs to move forward, it feels like all of life ok's shows r moving at snail pace!

Laajo has been raised in a village, she has nothing in common with the city people.

Fair is fair, the house does not belong to Nikhil, it belong to his parents so Nikhil is wrong to bring a total stranger in the house and cause his family a lot of stress.

laajo is confined to her room and when she ventures out of the room she does things which gets her into trouble.

Laajo will be better returning to her village and continue to live the life that she wanted to live.

Another alternative is: Laajo wants to be a doctor so Nikhil should find accommodation for her and let her pursue her studies or he should divorce her but pay for her board and lodgings and her studies.

Nikhil's grandfather has to take blame for Nikhil and Laajo's suffering. It was because of his words that Nikhil felt guilty and married Laajo.

Nikhil has ruined the lives of 2 women, due to him Ishana attempted suicide.

I don't think she will meet that gossiping family tomorrow, I kind was hoping yes finally story moving forward she will meet people but I don't want them to have a field day laughing at her, imagine when Laajo turns up in front of them and the way she talks the pronunciation they will be rofling openingly and go and tell everyone in the town about the whole meeting adding masala also in the end Laajo will never be able to integrate in their society even when she becomes more acquainted with their customs and their ways because they will be looking for any slight mistake to laugh at her, it's better that she doesn't meet them now.

Agree with Nafisa that Laajo will have a hard time adjusting because of her introduction into "their" society is being done first. Being the known gossip that she is everyone will have formulated an opinion of Laajo even before meeting her as Mrs. Ahuja will not be able to contain herself. What I am looking forward to seeing on Monday is whether or not Laajo gives them a nice response (meaning puts them in their place in her own way) or will she not be given any chance at all and be laughed at only? Although I thoroughly enjoyed watching Nani and Barka play their game today, I am not looking forward to the results (if they prove to be disasterly for Laajo😭) on Monday.

I think those paints might not come off easily, therefore Nikhil will come down and say his wife is indisposed presently she will meet them another time, what that will show the snobs is the wife of Nikhil is not going to be commanded to come downstairs to meet people when she doesn't want to, in other words she is a snob like them. Thereby, they will leave the house having built an image in their minds that she's not biddable proud sort of person, which is okay. 😆

She better hope those are water based paints😆. Can you imagine if they're not and she has to go down as is😲. She'll fall right into Barka's plan😆.
