How can Ayaan hate Asad after this?

I fail to think what might be the reason for the clash of the brothers.
Because Asad has done so much for them how can Ayaan hate his bhaijaan.
And Asad he almost sacrificed zoya his life for the happiness of his step siblings he loves them so much then how come he hate ayaan.

After showing so much love and effection between the brothers i hope gul reasons for the brothers clash will not be silly as the Accidental marriage.
