Nice analysis, Sam. I actually liked today's episode, I am glad that it is now officially confirmed that shlok is a negative character. Last few episodes have been very confusing with regards to shlok's feelings for Astha, it was difficult to distinguish whether it was genuine or just an act. So I am more than happy I am not scratching my head anymore! Risky move for the makers of this serial to have a very negative lead character who could have put off the audience completely, but Kudos to Avinash for maintaining a fine balance.

As for shlok's intentions, my guess is making Astha fall hopelessly in love with him and then breaking her heart would be his original idea of revenge and marriage did not fit into his scheme of things. It is NA who ( knowingly or unknowingly) will want them to get married and Shlok in his quest to please daddy will continue on with his act longer than originally planned ( Atleast until they get married) . So till then Astha will be giddy in shlok's love until he pulls down the curtains after the final act of marriage.

i think daddy has planned more than what Shlok can see..he has hidden his last move from him..so indirectly Shlok will also be a victim

prob slok is unaware tat down the lane danger is lurking nt for astha bt for him as astha is becoming a habit for him,perhaps his lifeline & he caanot stay without her
