Reason for jodha to shy away in PROMo

I think in the promo jodha might be talking to Jalal
thinking he is asleep and telling him pls come back to us I will not hate u anymore or will not fight with u etc
Jalal might be awake and he might open his eyes after completely list sending to her so jodha might shy away thinking he heard everything

I watched promo again n again, I think Jalal is shirtless and she try to put some paste on his wounds and he wakes up thats why. I guess...

she isn't look shy she looks in pain she looks guilty
