Yes. Slapping gauri infront of so many people will be counted as domestic violence. When testifying these people will be called upon as eye witness. Slapping wife infront of so many people no matter what is sending invitation to trouble.
I am no fan to gauri , but th eTM asked for what all cases can be slapped on him in detail. So i gave out. It has nothing to do with being hilarious. i am just quoting the law points

Slapping Gauri is not wrong and if a person slaps a person they won't go to Jail😆 onemore thing i was so happy last year when he slapped Gauri😃 one of my favorite episode he said " i hate you Gauri"👏

Yes santhiyaa, i too was so happy to see how her cover blew off. But we are talking about some law stuff her. Jagya didn't just slap anyone. he slapped his wife infront of so many people. When testified in courts this will be counted as domestic violence.

I have no profound knowledge of the legal system.! Thats' why I am sitting aside and watching the proceedings throughout !!

!Here one thing is certain ! We are all attached too much with these--- fictitious characters... !

For some of us ...our adherence towards these imaginary characters is ...an illusionary reality! It appears that because of this

intense feelings and involvement...here we are discussing ...arguing ...at times -differing on certain matters !

We all must agree one thing ...there is some sort of sense of belonging too prevails in our minds towards eachother!

For me it is not an atmosphere of criticism...it is an atmosphere of belonging ... we are all here to share and care our heart felt feelings !

I respect all of your feelings...but in present day legal system...there is no right or wrong !Every thing depends on the ability of the lawyer -whom you select !

See , it is like this

Police do NOT arrest for one slap by spouse in India . They ascertain that its not a daily routine before classifying it as domestic violence . Now Chanda's husband can be hauled in , yes . But Jagya would have only been warned .

Regarding slapping someone in a work place for a refusal , they do the same , they WARN that it should not be repeated again and such a warning against 2 of the Collector's family members and his public behaviour himself would not be good for his reputation as a government servant .

Thats where your contention ...that the lawyer must be good comes in . He can talk expertly to all police , social services etc . Decisions r taken by digging into a history of abuse ...not just by one slap .

Regarding your sentiment ...that theres a sense of belonging as we all watch the show and thrash it daily with different viewpoints ...by now known to all , perfectly true . I am sure all , after watching , simply cannot wait to log in and check the various reactions and comment themselves . I know i do .😊
