Shall we discuss Jagya's cases in detail?

Gauri can file a case but if she does it, even her mistakes will be out. How did she continue in the marriage even after knowing the truth of Jagya's first marriage? If she files a case now, they will question her about timing. Why she did not do it earlier? She may get some monetary relief.

The railway tender case or whatever. I did not watch those episodes properly. That is a somewhat solid case. I dont know how Jagya's lawyers can argue this case. If Shiv opens this case, a clever lawyer will also question Shiv's motives for reopening the case. He may ask Shiv that Did you chose to keep quiet because Jagdish was ready to marry your sister and was that a bargain that failed? Shiv will become a laughing stock among the IAS fraternity.

Defamation case and abetment of suicide. Sanchi's truth will also come out. And she may even have to face lie detector test.

Jagya will take the punishment stoically. What about the shekhars? Their dirty linen will be lying there for all to see.

Jagya registered his marriage legally by bribing the registrar. That record can be presented and questioned by court why jagya married another women without divorcing first wife. Does this not become a solid case ..

I think so if there is irrefutable evidence like cctv footage. But is not the case time barred? I did not watch that episode. But whats the proof? How they are going to prove that Jagya bribed. In his present avatar, Jagya may confess also though his lawyers easily can prove otherwise.

He actually did that by selling the surya locket to the clerk. Basanth saw that and jagya was thrown out of the house by DS.

Basant wont testify against Jagdish and so that case will not stand.

Here Jagya can defend himself or his lawyers can defend by saying that Jagya had bal vivah and bal vivah was not legal even at that point of time. And Jagya's second bal vivah under DS will also come out. So DS and even the entire family barring kids may have to go to jail.

I don't think jagya is wrong in sanchis case.
