It doesn't affect him much in terms of assignments as even a dud like Besharam will be a higher grosser than any of his contemporaries films so still the best young star by a distance. | Q. Can it be that Besharam flopped so badly that the makers made fun of iconic Shahrukh Khan and Salman Khan starrers like DDLJ and Dabangg that their fans refused to watch the film? A. The public does not care that past films are (if) being made fun. These iconic quotes and labelling are generally within industry and journalists, public does not take films that seriously and not bothered how past films are represented, they only have interest in the film they are watching and just want a good film to watch for two and a half hours.
