Bollywood actor Sanjay Dutt secured a two-week parole from Yerawada Central Jail (YCJ) on medical grounds. The 53 year old star had sought a month's parole in mid-August to get medical treatment for certain unspecified illnesses that he has been suffering from. But his plea was rejected.

A parole is a conditional release of a prisoner for a limited period for a specific purpose and is strictly governed under the Indian jail laws.

I really feel sorry for this guy. Why did he have to commit the crime and couldn't he have served this sentence, then atleast today he could see his two small children grow in front of him and get to k ow their father.

that's exactly my thought. This is very harsh. Also, years back when he was in jail, he was healthy enough to easily pass the 5-6 year jail term, today he is old..it's much more harder.

I dont feel bad for this guy but feel bad for his kids. His mistakes n he is getting punished for it. Nthng harsh in it but it is harsh for his kids n wife only but he deserve it

unspecified illness??? Yeah right??? Humare celebrities...kaun inko jail mein rakh sakta hai...I don't know if another person with the same unspecified illness would have got this opportunity...Indian Judicial system..Jai Ho...
