ENGLISH "Speech" VERSION is ON NEXT PAGE :)

I have written 2 versions today! Please tell me which one u prefer, so I don't have to write 2.

Here's the update:

An awkward silence dawned over Taarey as they walked towards Rey's car; both being lost in their thoughts of the temple.

"Aaj Taani ko kya ho gaya hai? Itna aajeeb kyun behave kar rahi hai?" Rey thought in confusion. "Aur puchonga toh utla javap degi, ya phir 'Woh-Woh' karti reh jayegi " he rolled his eyes as he smirked at her childishness. Then something occurred to him, making him stop in his tracks.

"Krishna Ji. Ap mere saath aisa kyun kar rahe ho?!" Taani pouted angrily looking up at the sky while her hands played with her dupatta. "Mein toh apki choti si bachi hoona?!" She stated more than questioned; indicating with her hands how small she was. "Toh ap kyun pareshan kar rahe ho mujhe?? " She whined.

Taani was so lost in her conversation with her Krishna ji that she hadn't noticed Rey stop in front of her. And a still irritated Taani banged straight into his back and was about to fall, when Rey turned around from the sudden impact and folded his strong arms around her in an attempt to save her. And Taani too securely wrapped her hands around Rey's neck, her eyes lost in his hazel brown ones. She remembered the first time they had met and just like this, she had fallen into his embrace. But this time it was different... Other than just her heartbeat being madly out of control, Rey's eyes were also different. The pain she saw in them before was now even deeper, maybe even increased a lot more. And his touch, it sent shivers down her spine from its sudden warmness on her cold and pale body. His warm fingers were strongly digging into her back, where her anarkali's net design revealed her skin, sending vibrations into her body.

"Uff Taani!" Rey exclaimed; grabbing hold of her around her waist and back tightly and securely. "Dhek ke chala karo! Yeh ahk hai ya button?!" He angrily said to her, concerned for her wellbeing.

Taani was deeply lost in Rey's eyes. She didn't even want to blink, thinking that she might miss out on what Rey's eyes were trying to tell her, there was a pain in them and she wanted to know what it was. Unaware of what she was saying, she replied to his question. "Button." She said still being lost in his hazels.

"kya?" Rey asked in confusion, bringing Taani out of her daze.

A shaken Taani looked around at her surroundings in embarrassment. Making sure no one was around, she slowly unwrapped her hands from around Rey's neck and pushed him up with her palms in order to get up herself. Taani thought to herself; not making eye contact with Rey. "Taani tu yeh kya kar rahi hai?!" She murmured angrily, before thinking of a comeback to Rey's statement. "Haa-haan! Button! tumhare ahko ki jhage button lage hai!" She yelled, while strictly pointing her index finger at him.

"Chilla kyun rahi ho?" He sadly questioned her, then placed his arms on his waist and moved closer to challenge her."Aur MERI aahkee button hai haan?! Yeh batao, takrayi tum thi ya main??" Rey questioned back with determination in voice to win this time round. He raised his index finger and locked it with Taani's, bringing hers down.

"Kyunki bina chillaye toh tumhare dimaak mein kuch jata nahi hai! Aur takrayi mein thi par dheke toh tumhe chalna chaiye tha na Rey!" Taani yelled back, being confused at her own words. But her face still carried determination.

"Arre. Par takra-" he tried to question with her, but instead was cut off by her non-stop yelling.

"Kya par-par laga rahka hai?! Galti tumhari thi bas! Ab jaldi seh maanlo, nahi toh! Toh mein..." She tried thinking of a punishment for Rey.

Rey softly smiled at her cuteness. "Jab dhan aa jayee tab bata dena." he replied while taking out a handkerchief from his pocket. "Phele yaha dheko." He asked politely as if not wanting to break her.

Taani was caught off guard by Rey's calmness, she thought he would fight back. But when she looked at him, his face carried a different emotion which looked a lot like care and understanding. "Haan?" Taani asked just as softly as Rey, but what happened next made her shiver in her own skin.

Rey cupped Taani's face with one of his hands, his thumb slowly caressing her cheek and with the other he brought the handkerchief up to her face. Taani dug her face deeper into Rey's palms and placed her hands on his chest as he moved in closer. He began to wipe away the black eyeliner that stained her rose like cheeks. His eyes glued on Taani's while he spoke, "Woh, tumhara kajal kharab ho gaya tha. Toh meine socha, saaf kardo." Rey said while softly moving the handkerchief on her cheeks. After wiping one cheek, he moved to the next. "Mumma ki yaad aa rahi hai?" He quietly asked her, as if she were a child; still directly staring into her now shock filled eyes.

Taani was dumbfounded by his sudden question and sweetness. A sense of belonging took place in her heart as its beats began playing loud and clear in her ears. She wanted to tell him how much she missed her mother, she wanted to hug him tightly and cry in his warmth and most importantly she wanted to tell him the secret of that weight she carries on her heart all the time... That she was the reason for another's death. But she didn't do or say any of that, as her single worded answer was enough for Rey. "Haan..." She whispered back to him, tears forming in her eyes.

Rey smiled sweetly at her answer which melted his heart. He slowly moved his hand down, in order to put the handkerchief back in his pocket, but Taani stopped his hands saying that she'll wash it and return it later. Rey didn't protest he just placed the handkerchief in her hands and cupped her face, moving so close to her that she could feel his minty breath of her skin. "Kal raat, mere saath chalogi Taani? Mujhe tumhe kuch dhikhana hai." He whispered to her, staring directly into her liquid filled eyes. As soon as the drops of water fell down from her eye lids he moved back a distance and wiped them away with his thumbs. "Chalo taani. Ghar chord deta hoon tumhe." He said, coming back to his normal self.

Rey took the dupatta off Taani's head and placed it on her shoulders softly then taking her hand in his, he walked Taani to the car and helped her in and then got in himself; driving off to her told address.

It was passed midnight now and Taani had just arrived home from a long deafening silence in Rey's car. He hadn't even given her a chance to say thank you to him, instead he just drove off as soon as she got out. Taani was left dazed and glued to the ground for a while, but then she smirkingly thought he had probably exceeded the amount of sweetness and care possible for him to show in a day.

Reaching her house, Taani got out her keys to open the door but then discovered it was already unlocked. She thought she had forgotten to lock it and so walked in, ignoring her gut feeling that something was fishy. Stepping in she found all the lights switched off and sounds of snoring filling the lounge area. Looking around at the shadows in the darkness, panic arose in her system and her legs began to fall weak with fright.

"Heyy Krishna ji, lagta hai chor chori karte karte soh gaye!" taani murmured under her breath. "Mein police ko bulati hoon! Haan!" she exclaimed loudly, then bit her tongue and jumped behind the nearby cupboard when she heard someone turning in their sleep.

"Nahi krishna ji! Inko toh phele mein maza chakati hoon! Mere ghar mein chori karenge?! Inki toh!" she thought in her mind before grabbing the wooden flower vase on the cupboard and slowly sneaking up to where the snoring was coming from.

Taani stood directly in front of one of the bodies she could see in the darkness, the person was snoring the loudest out of everyone present there. "Lagta hai yeh in sab ka boss hai! Kitni shanti seh apna ghar shamajke kharate (snoring) le raha hai. Abhi dhikhati hoon mein isse!" she mischievously thought to herself.

Tightly grabbing the wooden vase Taani raised it high above her head and then with all the strength she had, she brought it down and hit it hard on the snoring persons head.

A loud shriek came out of the man's mouth and he got up seeing someone standing there. "CHOR CHOR!!" he shouted, making everyone else there wake up and freak out. They all got up and began running around in the darkness; screaming.

"Hey krishna ji! Kitne chalak chor hai! Khud mere ghar mein chori karne aaye hai aur ulta mujhe chor bol rahe hai?! Inki toh!" Taani thought to herself while hitting anyone who came past her.

Then Taani heard a female voice screaming swayam's name; making her stop in her tracks. "Swayam?? Aur yeh toh Sharon ki aavaz lag rahi hai." Taani murmured while running to the light switch and turning it on, only to find the whole gang running around crazily in her lounge. Taani couldn't help but laugh at Bharat's state, he was the one who was snoring the loudest and she had hit him so hard that he was sitting on the stairs and moving back and forth while holding his head, like a crazy man. "Lagta hai iske upar ka toh hil gaya!" Taani hysterically laughed to herself.

"Guys! GUYS!!" Taani screamed trying to get their attention but it didn't work. So taani went into the kitchen and grabbed a glass plate. Coming back into the lounge she threw it with full force on the stone floor, making the gang freeze in they're positions.

"Omg guys, chor ke paas banduk (gun) hai!" Rinni cried while not wanting to look in Taani's direction.

~*~*~*~*~*~

~*Rey's POV*~

I just got back home from a long deafening silence in my car. It was so awkward and uncomfortable in there. "I've never been so uncomfortable in my own car!" I murmured while walking into my room.

Falling back on my bed, I lay there for a while thinking about her and about everything. I shouldn't have just left her like that; i could see she wanted to say something. "pata nahi kyun, dil aur sehen (handle) nahi kar paya uski takleef" I said aloud, while ruffling my hair.

Ignoring my thoughts i went into the washroom and changed into my night wear. As i came out, i saw a plate of food on my table which wasn't there before. "Dada?!" I screamed walking out of my room.

"Haan beta??" he replied quietly.

"Dada..." I said smiling sweetly and grabbing his shoulders. "Kya hua?? Ap abhi tak yaha ho aur itne shant?!" I asked him while taking him to the lounge room and making him sit on the sofa.

"Kuch nahi beta. Bas tumhara intezar kar raha tha, aur shant nahi... Bas malkin ki yaad aa rahi thi beta." He said as his voice broke. "Apki maa kitni achi thi, meri bachi seh kam nahi thi woh... Ek beti ki tara dhan rahkti thi mera." He concluded sadly.

"Toh aao na Dada! Mein aaj apke bete ki tara apko apne haatho seh khilata hoon. Apne abhi tak nahi khaya na??" i said, bringing a smile on his face. When i got up to get the food, he question.

"Abhi tak kaha the Rey baba?" he asked, making me stop and think what i should tell him.

"Uhh..." I said, Taani's thoughts filling my mind. "Woh Dada... Mein na, mein haan Mandir gaya tha! Har saal ki tara." I told him.

"Toh beta iss mein itna ghabra (tensed) kyun ho rahe ho?? Mandir hi toh gaye the na! Girlfriend seh milne thordi ki tumhara chera laal hoye ja raha hai!" Dada laughed; leaving me blushing and confused as to why i was acting like that.

"Guys it's me!" Taani said, laughing at her friends' states. "Tum log yaha kese?!" She questioned; confused.

"Abe! Tumhare liya surprise plan kiya tha!" Bharat cried in pain. "Lekin tumne tohhh-" he tried saying but instead shrieked in pain as he stood up.

Taani looked around at her house, her eyes glistening in joy. The gang had brought all the decorations here and Taani had just noticed the whole house was scented with lavender and the sweet smell of cake. There was a chocolate cake on the centre table and rose petals were spread all over. "Woww guys, THANK YOU SO MUCH!!" Taani exclaimed as she jumped in joy and hugged all of them.

"Its okay Taani, but thank you toh hume kehna chaiye... Woh, tumne hume maaf joh kar diya?" Swayam questioned more than said.

"Nahi guys. Mein kuch zada hi bhardak gayii thi... Meine socha hi nahi ki tum log actual mein yeh sab plan kar rahe ho." she said sadly. "I'm sorry." She concluded, holding her ears in apology.

"All of this was a BIG misunderstanding guys!" Simmi said. "Let's forget all of this and just enjoy the party!" She screamed as everyone joined in and enjoyed themselves while eating cake, dancing and most of all celebrating their togetherness. But Taani had to be brought out of her thoughts of Rey every once in a while, "Kaha le jana chata hai who mujhe?" Taani thought while watching her friends enjoy themselves.
