Rahul tells Bhoomi to take her revenge, finish the fight and win.
Shakuntala tells Arjun to forget Bhoomi and his past and start a new life with Shefali.
Bhoomi is still outside, Rahul comes there looking for her and asks her why she left the meeting suddenly, Bhoomi asks him that he knew everything about her, then why did he do such a thing. She tells him at now she hates Arjun at one time she loved him more than her own life, and he brought them face to face. Rahul tells her he did it deliberately for her.
Rahul tells her that she told him she cannot forget her past, he tells her she needs to finish the fight and win, she needs to take revenge from everyone, as she has left the fight incomplete. Bhoomi tells him he is wrong as she has not intention of taking revenge and even her religion does not allow revenge. Rahul gives her some religious examples, Bhoomi says they were Bhagwan and they did it for the good of all.
Rahul tells her that her Bhagwan had told her she has to fight, that is why she is alive and was given Devikas face. Bhoomi still refuses to take revenge. Rahul tells her that if she considers him as a friend she should sign the agreement with the Goenkas.
Bhoomi tells HML that she does not want to do business with the Goenkas, HML tells her that she should do as she feels is right and he would support her decision. He tells her they have enough money, and there is no reason to make more, and remembers his son and cries, Bhoomi hugs him.
At the HH, Arjun wonders why does he feel the presence of Bhavri, why does he feel Bhavri is around and near him, and when today in the meeting when Devika walked in why did he feel Bhavri's presence, and the way she looked at him. He wonders why Devika left the meeting on hearing Bhoomi Corporations name.
Mansen comes there and asks Arjun what he is thinking about, tells Arjun if you are thinking about why Devika went away from the meeting, then its because their company is very small and she was just trying to show her importance. Yuv tells him that she does not know how big we are, next time she does that we will refuse doing business with her.
Bhoomi thinks about Rahuls words, telling her to take revenge, to finish off the fight and sign the agreement. Rahul comes there and apologizes to her if she did not like what he did.
Bhoomi puts Duggu to sleep, and then picks up the agreement file of Bhoomi Corporation, looks at the name on the file "Bhoomi Corporation" and thinks that they atleast remembered her this way, but when she went to HH at the Naam Karan it seemed everyone had forgotten her. She feels she has to decide. Duggu gets up from sleep and tells her not to leave him. Bhoomi thinks on one side is my past, on another is my future, and if the two meet it may mean trouble. I must stop this partnership.
Arjun talks with Baisa about Bhoomi, when Shefali walks in angry. Arjun asks her why is she angry with Bhoomi's name. Shefali tells him that Bhoomi is dead, you remember her even then, but you don't think about me. I carried your kid, broke my marriage, I did so much for you and what did I get in return, a bad name, every one questions why am I still in this house, and you don't even think about me. I don't want to live, I am going to finish off my life.
Shefali goes to her room and locks the door, Arjun and Baisa follow her. They try to get Shefali to open the door, Shakuntala also comes there, she tells Shefali that Arjun will do as she says. Arjun just looks at Shaku.
Shefali throws a vase and takes a broken piece in her hand, Arjun breaks open the door, and Shefali goes to stab herself in the wrist, Arjun stops her. Shefali cries and tells them that they have all got what they wanted, now there is no need of her. Arjun has got his kid, Baisa her grandchild. Arjun will never forget Bhoomi and I will always live in this house like a stranger.
Shakuntala tells her that you have done a lot for us and the Goenkas do not forget that, she asks Baisa and Baisa confirms.
Shakuntala then tells Arjun to promise that he will forget Bhoomi and start a new life with Shefali. Arjun thinks of moments spent with Bhoomi, Shaku insists that Arjun promise, Arjun hesitatingly promises, he says I will try and if I remember Bhavri I will not say it.
Shefali is happy, she has her wicked smile on her lips.
Shakuntala tells Shefali that now Arjun has promised and now she should promise not to do any such thing again.
Baisa just looks on.
