Hi

I am Hasini. I always want write a story. Therefore, here I gathered courage to write which involves our lovely couple Maaneet . The story revolves around Maaneet and their family and friends

In this story I want to poetry strong relationship between family and friends. Maan and Geet are family friends from generations along with 3 other families.

KHURANA'S

SURAJ SINGH KHURANA AND SAVITRI DEVI SINGH KHURANA

SURAJ SINGH KHURANA is dead due an accident. His wife SAVITRI DEVI SINGH KHURANA (DADI) aged 65 years but young at heart. They have one son RAJVEER SINGH KHURANA and daughter-in-law NISHA SINGH KHURANA. They have a construction company KHURANA CONSTRUCTIONS for which RAJVEER HANDA is the MD. They have 2 sons DEV SINGH KHURANA and MAAN SINGH KHURANA. Last year he retired from MD post and handed over to MAAN.

DADI as I told you having a heart is great support to GEET along with other oldies, DEV, YASH, PREET, VICKY and bhacha party. She used call GEET as PATAKA.

HANDA'S

SUKVINDHAR HANDA

Called as DAARJI. They have a INTERIOR DESINING business call HANDA INTERIORS. He have a son MONHINDER HANDA, MD of HANDA INTERIORS and daughter-in-law RANO. They have 2 sons and 1 daughter BRIJ HANDA, ARJUN HANDA AND GEET HANDA (THE PRINCESS). He is very strict person but when it comes to his gudia (GEET) he is very soft.

MALHOTRA'S

BADI BEEJI AND BADE DAARJI

They have EVENT MANAGEMENT business called as MALHOTRA EVENT MANAGERS. They have a son SURESH MALHOTRA and daughter-in-law SAVITHA. They have 2 sons VIKRAM MALHOTRA and VICKY MALHOTRA.

KAPOOR'S

CHOTI BEEJI AND CHOTE DAARJI

They have FASHION DESINING business called as KAPOOR FASHIONS. They have a son RAGHU KAPOOR and daughter-in-law MITHELI KAPOOR. They have 2 sons RAM KAPOOR and YASH KAPOOR.

JUNEJA'S

DADAJI

They have HOTELS AND RESORTS business called as JUNEJA HOTELS AND RESORTS. He have a son LALIT JUNEJA and a daughter-in-law GAYATHRI JUNEJA. They have 2 sons PREM JUNEJA and PREET JUNEJA.

COMING TO CHILDRENS OF THE FAMILIES.

1. RAM KAPOOR, who is the MD of KAPOOR FASHIONS. He has a wife PRIYA KAPOOR who assisted him until the birth of their sons SOHAM and AHEM. Calls GEET as DOLL.

2. VIKRAM MALHOTRA, who is the MD of MALHOTRA EVENT MANAGERS. His wife ANJALI is a housewife. They have a son NICKLE. Calls GEET as BABY.

3. BRIJ HANDA, who is the MD of HANDA INTERIORS. He has a wife PAMMI who is a housewife and they have 2 sons ROHAN and ROHIT. Calls GEET as CHUTKI.

4. DEV SINGH KHURANA, by profession DOCTOR. He has a wife NINA who is also a DOCTOR and a son SURYA. Calls GEET as EXPRESS.

5. PREM JUNEJA, who is the MD of JUNEJA HOTELS AND RESORTS. He has a wife HEER and a son ANIRUD. Calls GEET as SWEETY.

6. VICKY MALHOTRA, by profession a LAWYER. He is engaged with PARI who is also a LAWYER. One of the partner in crime with GEET. Calls GEET as GIRLFRIEND.

7. ARJUN HANDA, by profession a POLICE OFFICER. He IS engaged to AROHI HANDA who is a SINGER. Call GEET as ROWDY.

8. YASH KAPOOR, also joined KAPOOR FASHIONS. He is engaged to MEERA who is working under him. One of the partner in crime with GEET. Calls GEET as SHERNI.

9. PREET JUNEJA, joined his brother PREM and CO-MD. His love interest is PREETHI who is his assistant and also interested in him. One of the partner in crime with GEET. Calls GEET as PRINCESS.

10. MAAN SINGH KHURANA, who is MD of KHURANA CONSTRUCTIONS AFTER working under his father for 1 year, but now he is well known for his business mind, hardwork and intelligence. He is intravort but very close to every member of the families. All the members of his families gives him lots of respect and never go against his decisions and will because of his skill, nature, authority and standing for the truth. All of them see Mr.SURAJ SINGH KHURANA in him. But on exceptional case is OUR GEET who will always argues with him but at the he follows his order. He also shows his patients towards her only otherwise he don't like anyone cross questioning him andhis decisions. HE loves GEET a lot and very protective about her. Always bows to her wishes which are not harm to her. Also helps her in her mischieves which is not known to anyone and protects from scoldings when caught which always happen. He is very intelligent and always have a upper hand in every matter. Calls GEET as MISHTY.

11. GEET HANDA, who is studying 3^rd year BA Arch. As she is the PRINCESS of all the 5 families, she is very beautiful, mischievous, naughty, full of life, innocent, can bring smile on anyones face. Head of the GEET GANG. Vert intelligent and studious. Always 1^st in class and because of her family background she got admission directly to FIRST GRADE/STANDARD, therefore 2 years are saved for her.

Here, MEERA, AROHI and PARI are sisters who are living with them since childhood as their father who was working with KHURANA'S died during the accident of Mr.RAJVEER SINGH KHURANA in order to rescue him and sucessed in his help to RAJVEER but lost his life, the accident again planned by rival company.

Similarly, PRIYA, PAMMI and ANJALI are sisters who parents died after their marriage in air crash.

Finaly, HEER and PREETHI are orphans, GEET call them as DI whom she met at the orphanage (yes the orphanage run by her families under trust named as TRUST FOUNDATION along with Hospitals, NGO's, etc.)

NINA was the daughter of the rival company because of whom Mr.Suraj Singh Khurana died. But she is very different from her family who always yarned for love which she got from these 5 families. SAMEERA is her sister with ill intentions and NINA has knowledge of it and always helps her families from them.

SAMEERA has the intention of becoming daughter-in-law of KHURANA so that take revenge and enjoy fame and status.

There are other characters which will be introduced during the story.

Part - 1

All the 5 families live together in the same area in adjacent houses which are constructed in half moon shape and in front there is a big garden which are constructed in a big acres of land named as BRUNDHAVAN in one of the luxouries area of DELHI. The five houses are named as KHURANA MANSION (KM), HANDA MANSION (HM), MALHOTRA HOUSE (MH), KAPOOR PALACE (KP), JUNEJA MANSION (JH).

Since they are all family friends, they all follow a certain rules ( rules means not rules in sence but inorder to make their relations strong they follow them ).

1. All the families will have their breakfast and dinner together.

2. All children of the families will one bedroom until and unless they are married.

3. One of the most important rule TO PROTECT THEIR PRINCESS.

ACCIDENT OF SURAJ SINGH KHURANA

All the families have their respective business but they all are directors in each of the five companies. Therefore one day there is a Board of Directors meeting for which to make arrangements Mr. SURAJ SINGH KHURANA went to office waiting for other directors. But at the time of meeting he got a call of PREM birth, therefore the meeting was cancelled. After settling the matter he also started for hospital, but on the way he met with an accident and badly injured. He was rushed to the hospital. But unfortunately he slipped into coma and expired after 1 month because of internal blood clot.

After making enquiry, it was confirmed that the accident was planned by rival company but no proof are available, therefore department had not arrested the criminal.

Eventough all the families have children, they wanted a girl in their house. As every time as they expect a girl, in return they all have boys. Out of all the children MAAN is the youngest and the most pampered boy mainly by women because of the silent and matured nature. One who most pamper him was RANO who spend most of the time with her.

One day after coming from school (UKG), as usual he straight way went to RANO who is in kitchen who is making snacks for the children as it the time to children to return from school. As I told u she has 2 sons BRIJ and ARJUN also returned from school along with MAAN and DEV also went to her to report their activities in the school and teasing MAAN for his silent nature. While they are talking to RANO who is serving their snacks felt dizzy and slip on to the floor and fainted. All the children got frightened and went to call elders while MAAN was crying for RANO to wake up. All elder arrived and they all the doctor and the men of the families. After check up by the doctor, they were given the happiest news that RANO is expecting. Everyone the house are celebrating the happiness while one poor sole is crying for his RANO MAA and that is none other our MAAN. RANO who was now awake asked for MAAN, that is when all searched for MAAN who is sitting in his hiding and crying. RANO who came there searching of him to his hiding which only known to her of all the family members, taken him into her lap feeling bad for his crying.

RANO- Beta why are crying? Don't you tell to your MAA?

MAAN- you fall down thats why I am crying

RANO- My baby, I didn't fall down. To give you a good news just I acted like that.

MAAN- (angrily) No you are saying lies. For giving good news no one will fall, they will give sweets and give the good news, I know.

RANO- Baba sorry, I will not do it again. Don't you forgive your Maa ( with a sorry face ).

MAAN- ok ( again angrily ) but you will not do it again.

RANO- Accha baba, now don't you want to know the goodnews?

MAAN- Haan Maa, what is the good news, are we going to tour again (innocently, which he asked while they are all returning from vacation in summer as he want to be there for some more time ).

RANO- No baba, now we are going to have a new guest in our house.( while walking towards the house)

MAAN- (who is of introvert nature) what is there to be good. I don't want anyone expect our family (poutingly).

RANO- Accha maine socha u will be happy that I am going to give you a gift. Fine you don't want it na, ok I will give to others.

MAAN- (excitedly) what you are giving me a gift. I want that I don't give to other ( angrily )

RANO- But told that you don't want anyone in the house (Enterning into the house where all are waiting for them)

MAAN- what you told me it is a gift (confusingly)

RANO- Yes someone is going to come to our house a sweet si, cute si, doll jaise pari. ( while eyeing all the family members who are also very excited as they are all expecting a girl this time ) and haan she will play with you, make you smile, who will run after you for helping her, don't you want her

MAAN- (excitingly) I want her when she coming?

RANO- She will come at the time of your birthday as your birthday gift

MAAN- why then I want now only you give me now I don't ask you for another birthday gift on my birthday

RANO- But now she is so small for you to sell therefore I will giving when she is grown enough ok

MAAN-ok and saw everyone who are listening to them smilingly and said I am getting a pari you all don't have her only I will have mainly to all the children there

As all them love MAAN they all smiled and teased him that when he is sleeping they will take pari with them

MAAN- (angrily) no one is allowed to touch pari and ran from there

All the elders in the room smiled at him and concentrated on the words of the doctor becoming serious as it was told by the doctor that she will face some complications as it is very late pregnancy.

Next day the elders of the family called a purohit to show the kundali of RANO and MOHINDER. They told that it will be a beautiful girl who will bring good luck to the people around her but she will have a life threat.

All are happy listening to the future of the baby but got tensed when heard about life threat.

PART-2

Days are passing on. As the pregnancy is complicated everyone are very careful about RANO. As said by the pandit, the news of the baby proved as luck to the families as my of their works are complited successfully.

One such day when RANO is in 3rd month, MAAN who came from school went to RANO and asked the question eating him from the day he got the news of his PARI.

MAAN- Maa

RANO- Haan beta, do u want anything?

MAAN- Maa u told me na PARI is coming and live with me. But why she is coming here and now where is she?

RANO-(Smiling) As I saw u all are teasing u for being silent, I asked babaji to send a PARI for u to make them shut their mouths for u and play with u and now she is here (took his small hand and kept it on her stomach). Now I will say u one thing will u fulfill it? (at the same time DADI, DAARJI, RAAJVEER, MOHINDER, RAM, NISHA, LALIT, DADAJI came there to enquire about her health and heard to their conversation)

MAAN- Haan I do whatever u want me to do.

RANO- Then promise me that u will look after PARI, protect her, help her when she needs u and will always be beside her.

MAAN- Haan Maa I promise u I will be always beside her what may happen.

RANO- For that first u have to become strong and know how to fight for urself in every way. You have to study hard to be become successful. Ok now tell me one thing What you want to do after you grow up?

MAAN- ( Excitedly and confidently) I will become like DADAJI ( all those who are listening to the conversation were very surprised to listen to him now everyone are listening to him carefull, where DAADI and RAJVEER were feeling happy and proud).

RANO- What you want become like DADAJI (surprisingly) and then asked what do you know about DADAJI, you didn't saw him?

MAAN- Haan I want to become like DADAJI. One day when all are playing in the garden, I was sitting with DADI along with DAARJI, BADI BEEJI, BADE DAARJI, CHOTI BEEJI, CHOTE DAARJI, DADAJI then I heard them talking about DADAJI how he used to be in childhood, how he started in business, hoe he fighted for the truth and lost his life, how he used to be disciplined from then whenever I saw them sitting together I learn some new things about DADAJI. That's why I knew how he was. I want to become like him. They all call him TRUE KHURANA. I too want to be a TRUE KHURANA (pronouncing exactly how DADAJI used to pronounce the word KHURANA with same strength and authority where all the remaining are watching them shockingly and thinking how he remembered the entire conversation and aiming to be like that having tears in their eyes and feeling happy and proud)

RANO (with a tearful smile) took him in her lap and kissed him fondly.

After that incident every elder started to see him differently by comparing him to his DADAJI.

One day RANO was feeling very weak and dizzy. As it was a Sunday MAAN is with her. Doctor came to check her and told her that lots of bed rest and healthy food is needed because of her weakness baby is getting effected. MAAN who is listening to this went to his MOM asked what happened as most of the things was not understandable to him.

NISHA- MAAN RANO Maa is very weak, she has to be healthy, otherwise it will be dangerous to the baby.

MAAN- what we have to do to keep her healthy?

NISHA-We should not let her work and make her have ample reset and healthy food. You are always with your Maa na so it is your responsibility to see her whether she is taking rest and food and not working all around and the baby is fine. Ok

MAAN- ok MOM I will not let her work and give her healthy food, you don't worry.

NISHA- Goodboy, now go and play (kissing his forehead).

MAAN went to RANO and sit there watching her what she is doing. RANO who is observing him called him and asked what he is doing here usually at this time he will be playing.

MAAN- I want to be with you and watch you what you are doing, MOM said you and baby are my responsibility.

RANO- (feeling happy and smilingly) so you are keeping an eye on Maa haan

MAAN- Yes. Now you don't talk and sleep. I will sit beside you.

From then MAAN is always with her except at school time and nights. He will play around her, do his homework sitting beside her and shares his school talks.

A week after, on Sunday all are having their lunch watching a movie where a marriage is taking place, RANO become emotional and started crying. All observed this asked her why is she crying?

RANO- I want to ask you one thing (all are listening to her) especially MAAJI,DAARJI, BHAIJI, NISHA, MOHAN I want our daughter to get married to MAAN as I cann't take it when she is going away from me.(all of them started smiling as all of them are wishing the same)

MAAN who was watching all this was called by RANO near her. He went to her and sat beside her

RANO- MAAN I told you that baby is your responsibility, you remember

MAAN- Haan I do remember, I will always be with her and protect her and play with her.

RANO- But when she will be grown enough she will be get married and go away from you like in that movie

MAAN- She will not go anywhere. You said that she is my gift. She won't go anywhere.

RANO- For that you have to do one thing

MAAN- what?

RANO- When you both are grown enough you both have to marry her

MAAN- what is marriage?

RANO- That you will know when you are growing and promise me you will marry her

MAAN- ok, I will marry her ( all are smiling listening to them )
