Soham, Sachin and Gauri

I think what Soham did with Sachin was very wrong and very brutal. Attacking someone with a rod is unacceptable behavior but Archana is at fault as well because years ago she was the one who gave Soham to Varsha and Varsha fled with him and it's also Varsha's fault that Soham became a goon. Archana even ignored her husbands warnings years ago and Varsha who raised him with a gunda and that made Soham a gunda. If Archana had been a little cautious all this would have not happened. Soham would have been an educated man. I am not insulting him for being uneducated but saying he could have had an better upbringing. Soham was fantastic when he had reformed but everything got wrecked up.

Agree with you 100%. I made a post earlier about this. The only way I can see Soham redeeming himself if he falls in love with someone else. Ekta should bring a beautiful actress to play Gauri's bubbly and modern sister, who should be a lawyer. Ekta can show us that Gauri's sister is willing to do anything for Gauri. And during the wedding the day, Gauri's sister sees that Soham has kidnapped Sachin and disguised himself as the groom. Then the big twist can be that Gauri's sister sacrificed her happiness by taking Gauri's place in the mandap without anyone knowing and marrying Soham.

I agree with TM and others. This track seems to be sending a message that those children who are thrown into a bad environment for no fault of theirs have no hope for their entire lives.

I do not know what problems CVs have with Soham from the beginning. First, he is kidnapped as a child and ends up in the worst surrounding imaginable. His only education is at the hands of goons. Then, he is exploited ruthlessly by his so-called foster father and ends up in prison. For the shortest while he sees a ray of hope, tries so hard to reform and raise himself in the eyes of his family members and Gauri who also gives him mixed signals. He still does not get education or job-training. His real father keeps ill-treating him for the longest time. And then, when things are about to change for the better, he is turned into an animal in the story.

This is truly depressing. Please CVs, let a guy who has had the misfortune to grow up with a goon like Balan see light at the end of the tunnel.

Wow.. I can't believe people are still thinking of redeeming Soham's character by getting him a educated beautiful lawyer girl .. Common, for what Soham did so far, he deserves to be behind bars for rest of his life or deserves to be shot dead by one of the PR characters, may be Purvi or may be Archana or even Gauri... preferably a female character. Balan and his den should be cleaned up as well. Only then Ekta would have sent a proper message. Any other solution is cop out and sending wrong message in my book. Just my two cents worth.

You are right. I don't think Soham can be redeemed now. Some kind of major punishment is the only solution. ( I don't know about killing but some major punishment).

What I think however is that the way the character of Soham is treated from the beginning seems totally surreal and cruel.

I dun understand...only to tie knot of sachin n gauri cv's ruining all other char.

Only fr that forced couple they ruined soham and now creating rift bwtween arvi...like arjun going to jail...

I dont like the idea of soham being shot as a proper punishment. I feel like that comes into the "thinking mentality" that if a girl doesnt return my love etc, its okay to throw acid on her or rape her. Its that thinking that okay, this girl did this so only way to set her right is rape or throwing acid. So saying soham should be shot is also reverse discrimantion on men... That the only way to handle these "type" of men is to publically shoot/stone or castrate them. I feel like thats barbaric.

Instead, Soham should be handled by the court of law. Laws are put into place for a reason. If the courts in india take too long or are corrupt then perhaps its time for the indian society to start a revolution and change the way the country is set up.
