sorry , that is what i noticed around me most of the times , ( and when i say it does not mean gals fall for me).. and when i talk about attention thing ,their intelligence has nothing to do with it . Also,it's not necessary only girls with no-mind fall for boys when they give them attention,sometimes intelligence girls too do..
